Great apartment great location

Pros: Great location - very central easy access to all the main sights of Porto Large apartment - clean and well equipped

Cons: Check in didn’t quite meet expectations - wasn’t sent any check in instructions until 11:56am on the day of arrival. We had already arrived in Porto by this time and when we did receive (after chasing) the website wasn’t working so had to message again via WhatsApp again. Normally you receive this information in advance of arrival usually 24 hours before this was the only thing that we didn’t like apart from that amazing apartment in great location

Pros: central location, comfortable bed, clean room, comes with a small kitchen.

Cons: The hotel has no reception which can be slightly tricky for checkin and if you need to leave your luggage there, they only have 3 lockers (in total 4 but 1 was broken, I think it will be fixed soon). The host in general is responsive, but without reception, all communications were via WhatsApp, so expect to wait some time to receive an update.

Perfect location.

Pros: Everything was great! Location, facilities and host. Very quiet, and the AC is a life saver during summer. There is the option of leaving the luggage at a secure and locked location if you arrive before check in time and want to explore Porto.

Cons: Nothing.

A great part of what was a great time spent in Porto.

Pros: Location great - close to everything we needed. Room well thought-out, spacious and smart.

Cons: Only the walk back up the road to the apartment on a few occasions - sapping!

Close to everything in Porto

Pros: Great location. Comfy and quiet. Nice bathroom and good AC. Easy access.

Cons: No kettle for making hot drink (was a coffee machine but no good for tea)

Perfect Porto

Pros: The location is absolutely fantastic The bathroom is spacious and the towels are lovely and thick. The kitchen facilities are adequate for cooking if you wanted to do that. The bed was comfortable, as was the sofa bed. We had a gorgeous view of the city from our terrace. There's a little supermarket a few minutes down the hill The air-conditioning was awesome. Being able to store our bags after check out was great too

Cons: While the walk up the hill from the metro was hard going, it's relatively close so didn't take too long. There were only 3 rolls of toilet paper in the apartment, and as rolls are quite small in Portugal, we ran out on the last night.

Pros: Wonderfully located, you can get to all the major attractions in just a couple minutes walking. Beautiful views over Gaia. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for your stay. Very easy and smooth check in and out.

Pros: The position, the customer service and the check in procedure

Ticked all the boxes. A lovely suite in a good location - recommend!

Pros: Comfortable bed, good location, good wifi, lots of room, good hot water/shower, very clean, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The sound-proofing was extraordinary -- good double-glazed windows -- the only sound we could hear were some footsteps in the suite above us. The complementary bottle of wine was very lovely.

Cons: We didn't receive information on how to get into the building until I reached out and *asked for it* on arrival -- most of our other bookings let us know the day before or the morning-of check in, which is preferable. I sent a message when we dropped off our rental car saying we'd be there in about an hour and it took about an hour until I heard back so I was stressing about whether we could get in or not. It all worked out fine (I messed up the address -- somehow the 1 in 155 went missing! -- so even more stress, but that was on me) in the end but that was my only criticism of how things were handled.

Pros: The apartment was great! We loved our stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful.
