Pros: A short walk to the city centre (900 m) and Liberdade station. Comfortable apartment. Cafes, restaurants nearby .

Cons: Slightly run down area with a homeless hostel across the road and soup kitchen nearby. Sometimes men standing in the Forrest smoking waiting for hostel to open in the evening having to be asked to move to gain entrance to the main entrance. Police and ambulances in attendance twice during the 5 days we were there for presumed problems in the hostel. Overall this was not a major issue for us but the site of numerous men walking around in the underwear first thing in the morning was slightly alarming for my wife.

Great stay in Porto

Pros: Nice and clean and cosy.A kettle and toaster and a floorlamp would be a good addition. If we had any concerns agency were quick to contact and helpful. Cleaning lady was great x

Pros: Beautiful and spacious. Pretty quiet, easy to get a good night sleep. Well equipped space. Remarkable staff and surprisingly comfortable fold out sofa. Tons of space.

Pros: excelent location, near Trinidade metro station (direct line from airport), walking distance from all interesting spots to visit

Cons: tv set (issue with operating it as remote from cable set top box isn't appropriate to solve settings on the smart tv and the original one wasn't available to solve an update message occupying the screen)

Great stay

Pros: Place was just like in the pictures, good location. Easy check in. Good bed and shower. Heating worked well though it was just the AC machine. Well equipped kitchen.

Cons: The check in time is very late at 16.00. Tv channels were not available, only subscription.
