Very good

Pros: The place was clean, comfortable, WiFi worked great. Everything looks like in the photos. The accomodation is very close to city center by foot and also to good pastries.

Cons: The bathroom door was quite difficult to close but I consider this minor. For me it was no problem but for others might be, a lot of homeless people have their sleeping place near the entrance door. They are harmless, though.

Prima verblijf op een mooie locatie.

Pros: Het was een ruim verblijf, het matras lag lekker en de afmeting van het bed was goed (160x200cm). Het verblijf was schoon, netjes en (bijna) alles werkte naar wens (de douchebak lekte een beetje en het koffie apparaat heeft een handleiding ;-) ). Er was van alles aanwezig, bestek, voldoende servies handdoeken. Het centrum en voorzieningen is op loopafstand.

Cons: Het koffie apparaat werkt niet helemaal zoals ik gewend ben, de douchebak lekt wat aan de zijkant, er staat een elektrisch kacheltje in het appartement, dit was prima maar wel even wennen. Er is geen Wifi in het appartement, dit was voor ons geen probleem maar misschien wel goed om te vermelden.

Comodo e funzionale

Pros: Molto pulito e confortevole. Dalle finestre si ammirano i maestosi alberi della piazza. Centro raggiungibile facilmente a piedi e metropolitana Trinidade a circa 5 minuti. Ristoranti, caffè e supermercatini comodi.

Cons: Spazio per abiti piuttosto esiguo, ma comunque sufficiente per soggiorni inferiori alla settimana.

Comodidad y cercanía

Pros: La ubicación, cerca de las zonas a visitar de la ciudad y cerca de una zona de aparcamiento disuasorio. Cercanía de un supermercado. La comodidad de las instalaciones y los detalles del alojamiento.

Cons: Echamos en falta un escurreplatos para poder dejar escurrir la vajilla. Falta una pequeña cómoda en la habitación para poder dejar la ropa.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen !

Pros: Sehr gute Lage. Schöne Aussicht (4. Etage) aber mit Lift. Komplette Ausstattung, ein Staubsauger würde es perfekt machen. Sehr gemütliche kleine Wohnung nur wenige Minuten vom sehr guten ÖPNV.

Cons: Leider etwas laut durch Lüftungsgeräusche ? im Haus. Keine weiteren Handtücher trotz längerem Aufenthalt.

Pros: Appartamento in ottima posizione, dotato di tutti i comfort. Pulito con spazi ben organizzati.

Cons: Lieve odore di umido nel bagno, che non è dotato di finestre.

Super séjour !

Pros: Appartement bien situé dans Porto Propreté des lieux Communication facile via WhatsApp avec DaHome et leur réactivité suite au problème de Wi-Fi qui ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée La proximité de la supérette qui vend d'excellents petits pains et qui est ouverte jusque tard le soir La proximité des loueurs de voitures La possibilité de se garer facilement très près de l'immeuble. La proximité des moyens de transport La vue depuis la fenêtre sur le parc Le grand lit très confortable La mise à disposition de boules quies !

Cons: Le bruit des voitures la nuit en été avec la fenêtre ouverte L'escalier très étroit lorsque l'ascenseur a été en panne une journée L'armoire d ans la chambre ne permet pas de ranger grand chose
