Apartment in a good location, at a good price. Thin walls, quite noisy surroundings.

Pros: A large apartment in a good location. Well-equipped with all the essentials. Stylish interior.

Cons: The walls are made of cardboard, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The windows are very dirty, and there's a strange smell in the apartment.

Good value for money, modern look and feel with parking

Pros: The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, with brand new furniture and a fresh, modern feel. The host was very kind, welcoming, and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. Having a parking spot in the building was a big plus (10 euro extra). All of it for affordable price. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, but it’s in a nice, safe neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby (walking distance).

Cons: The only downside was the surprising level of noise from the apartment above. At times, it felt like we were watching TV and having conversations together with the neighbors upstairs — we could hear everything very clearly, as if we were in the same room. That said, it wasn’t a major issue for us because everything quieted down before bedtime, and we were only staying for one night. Susana took the matter seriously and kindly offered to move us to another apartment, which we appreciated, though it wasn’t necessary in the end. I suspect the building isn’t a typical residential structure but perhaps a converted office space, and the way it’s constructed — especially near the windows — might leave some open gaps between floors. It created a rather unusual acoustic effect I’ve never experienced before.

Good location, nice place to stay.

Pros: Very good location, close to the metro station. Also nearby is a shop where you can buy everything you need for breakfast and lunch. Clean. Kind host, quiet apartment building.

Pros: Apartament molt net i molt acollidor. Té tot el necessari, no li falta detall. Bona ubicació en zona tranquil.la i a prop del centre. Molt recomanable!

Fantástico

Pros: Ótimo espaço, muito bem dinamizado e funcional. Acolhedor e confortável Muito bem situado. Formos a pé para Av dos Aliados, Ribeira Porto e de Gaia também, jardim do Morro. Ótima localização com supermercado a 2 min a pé. Somos uma família de 4 e foram uns dias muito bem passados. A Susana, super prestável e atenciosa. Gostámos muito. Fica de referência para próximas visitas ao Porto.

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien ubicado en una zona tranquila y tiene una decoración muy agradable para ser un estudio de 1 sola habitación. Nuestro horario de llegada cambió a última hora, pero el anfitrión siempre estuvo disponible por mensaje y entendió nuestra situación. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Cons: En este apartamento se oye el ruido de los vecinos con excesiva claridad. Los vecinos del piso de al lado o de encima estaban hablando y escuchando la television, con un volumen totalmente normal, y podíamos escuchar todo como si nos separase una simple cortina.

Wygodnie, ale potencjalnie głośno

Pros: Przestrzenne i wygodne studio, w sam raz na krótki pobyt dla 2 osób.

Cons: Akustyka budynku jest przedziwna - odgłosy źycia z sąsiedniego mieszkania słychać tak, jakby to się działo u nas. Przy głośnych sąsiadach (np dziecko lub impreza) jest to kompletnie nie do wytrzymania

Pros: L’emplacement, le confort de l’appartement et la disponibilité de Maria. Pour un séjour de 4 jours c’est parfait
