Watch out for black mold.

Pros: Location was great, a nice quiet street. Our apartment faced into a building site which was closed at night so we had zero noise disruption. It was close to the subway at Trinidade. The building was secure and safe with a good sized lift. The apartment in the man was excellent. Two bathrooms to go with the bedrooms. The facilities were modern and in keeping with a rental property. Good hot water, storage, and air conditioning. There were a couple of decent shops nearby for provisions and good cafes for breakfast.

Cons: The bathroom we were assigned had dampness and black mold on the ceiling indicating a leak from above. We didn't use the shower in there because of this. The central heating boiler had a leak which I temporarily fixed. Both concerns were raised with the owners who responded quickly and appropriately. Our bed had a memory foam mattress which we were not used to and found it uncomfortable for us.

A very enjoyable stay and the apartment does look like the pictures used to advertise.

Pros: The property is well located. Close to supermarkets and easy to hail a ride. It was also close (5mins) to the departure point for the Douro Valley tour.

Cons: There was a damp on the ceiling of the main bathroom. There was no microwave oven which was inconvenient.

Pros: Very good apartment, good location. The kitchen fully equipped. It had two. Every room with separate bathroom. I can recommend for everyone.

Lovely apartment within walking distance for many attractions. Good value and would recommend.

Pros: Clean apartment. Safe area. Comfy bed. Powerful shower.

Cons: Had slight trouble getting the hang of the lock on the door.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Good location. 5 Min walk to city centre.

Cons: The unit was only cleaned when we got there. It smelt of cigarette. The hair dryer in the guest bathroom wasn't working. No cleaning service.

Pros: The place is within walking distance from Trinidad subway station. All Porto attractions are a 15 walk away walk. The apartment is newly renovated and the kitchen has new appliances, and the bathrooms are also fresh and new. It's not situated in the old.part of the city with narrow strip streets. The area is rather clean and quiet. Highly recommend. We arrived from Toronto early in the morning and the property was able to accommodate us earlier the official check in time. That was amazing as it was raining all day on our arrival day and we were jet-lagged. Will definitely be coming back!

Fabulous city with lots to see and do

Pros: Very clean and modern. Large tv Very comfy beds, brilliant showers

Cons: More towels ( one each for 5 days not enough) Getting the key access code so late- about 3.50 for a 4pm check in. Just adds to the stress- what if it doesn’t work etc, already nearing end of office hrs abroad. Just send earlier that day-people won’t turn up any earlier, just can relax.

Excellent place to stay if visiting Porto.

Pros: Location was excellent and easy walking down to the river front. Good restaurants nearby and grocery shopping too. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the facilities one needed for a relaxing holiday. TV was great with lots of channels and the kids were happy.

Cons: Access to the building was not great and if apartments are ready early they should be released to accomodate early arrivals.

Pros: This apartment is great for two couples travelling together or a family. It is located within a reasonable walking distance from the metro.

Cons: It is a 20-30 minute walk from the historical section of Porto.

Pros: Good value, perfect for family, very clean and new
