Great location

Pros: Great location quirky apartment with everything you need

Cons: Window wouldn’t close fully next to the bed and and a lot of loud traffic noise nearby and bin collections outside the window through the night

Very enjoyable - a perfect place to stay for a few days/nights to see the main sights of Porto

Pros: Great location near the river and restaurants etc. Apartment had real character with lots of quirky odds n ends. I can imagine it being a studio for an artist a hundred or ore years ago!

Cons: It was a bit noisy - both from outside (expected because of the location) but also from above where whoever was staying there seemed to drag the furniture around lot on the stone floor!

Pros: Location was perfect, being so close to the riverfront made it so easy to walk down and be in the middle of all the activities.

Cons: No real complaints at all.

Fabulous apartment, noisy location

Pros: The host was present at just the right time for my arrival. Lovely large apartment with everything I needed including kitchen items. The bed was super comfortable. I loved the artists materials left out to use though didn't have time to use them. Great use of vintage furniture, the apartment had an eco/sustainable vibe to it. The location was fabulous being right in the centre of the main Ribeira tourist district. Despite this, there is a very cheaply priced local mini-market, Mercado S. João just over the road selling amazing fruit and vegetables as well as other groceries.

Cons: However, location not so great at night when Wednesday through to Sunday there was loud music and people enjoying the bars along the Praca da Ribeira - to be expected. What was less expected was to be awoken on several nights by groups of motorcycles doing rounds and revving their engines to the most unbelievable volume. Then 3am every night the large recycling bins outside the apartment block are emptied by a lorry with a crane - not quietly. The secondary glazing is helpful in reducing the sound, however, in the warmer summer months this means the windows cannot be opened and there is no ventilation. A useful fan is provided.

Beautiful Porto apartment

Pros: The apartment was stunning! The shower is incredible, just what you need after a long day walking around Porto. We couldn't have asked for a better location to see the main sights.

Cons: I think it was out of the control of the apartment owners- but during our stay the apartment above was being renovated and there was some drilling at times. However, this didn't stop us enjoying our stay.

Pros: very concise it location, lots of space, kitchen and bathroom were great.

Cons: the maniquin in the room was a little strange

Prima appartement op een mooie locatie

Pros: De locatie van het appartement was prima. Alles op loopafstand. Het appartement zelf was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Cons: Het was wat gehorig, maar ja, dat is nu eenmaal de omgeving. Voor een paar dagen is het prima te doen.

Pros: Zeer mooie locatie, goede accommodatie en vriendelijke host :).

Pros: Appartement grand et original idéalement situé et sécurisé.

Cons: Quartier très bruyant la nuit

Pros: Reibungsloser Ablauf von Kommunikation per WhatsApp mit Gastgeber. Originelle außergewöhnliche Einrichtung . Sehr freundlicher Kontakt beim Check-In. Komfortable Größe des Appartements. Zentrale Lage als Ausgangspunkt.

Cons: Winzige Dusche neben Küchenzeile, winziger Raum mit Toilette und Waschbecken separat. Tag und Nacht extrem laut. Für eine Woche nur ein Set Handtücher.
