Pros: Amazing lovely place close to everything restaurant are Amazing

Pleasant stay, apartment needs some improvements.

Pros: Location was great. Many dining and shopping options within a short walk. Walking distance to most attractions (we like walking though, so might be too long for some and mostly uphill).

Cons: Check in details on the website were not accurate. We had to go to the hotel across the street to check in and get the code to access the entrance to the apartment building, which hidden from view and looked like a window for the next-door restaurant. The apartment looked like was not used for a while. The carpets felt sticky and smelled of mould. Needs a deep clean. The nearest parking to the hotel was extremely expensive (50 euros a night) and the hotel had no alternative parking options or even suggestions on what to do with our car. Guests driving might consider parking outside downtown and using public transport instead.

Pros: The apartments are absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view from the balcony. We stayed in a duplex apartment, which made our experience even more special. The location is excellent — very close to the old town, which is a huge advantage. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The apartment was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated and consider a big plus. The balcony view is definitely a highlight, and the location is another major advantage.

Cons: The only minor downside we noticed was in the shower area — when taking a shower, water tended to leak into the bathroom and soak the bath mat. This seemed to be due to the shower not being properly sealed with silicone. After one use, the mat would remain very wet.

Wonderful location and cute apartments!

Pros: Loved the comfortable room, felt very cozy and high quality. The location was excellent and the check-in process with the hotel across the street was super easy!

Cons: The doors were pretty thin to the shared elevator areas on each floor; We had super insensitive neighbors that were up partying until 2-3am each night, slamming doors and going back and forth between other apartments on the shared floor. We unfortunately kept hearing them talk loudly and slamming the doors all night. The walls themselves between apartments are solid/fine.

Pros: Beautiful apartment in the heart of Porto. Hotel apartments located only a short walk to Douro River, Dom Luis bridge and Sao Bento station. Great restaurants close by too.

Cons: Wifi wouldn’t work for a couple of days. Maintenance fixed it on the last day for us. Didn’t like the keyless entry/ exit to the apartment.

We will definitely come back!!

Pros: Fantastic location and very nice apartment with comfortable bedrooms and lots of space for whole family.

Cons: Only one bathroom for such a big apartment and family

Pleasant stay at Porto

Pros: The Apartment is just located infront of the infamous bridge and about 15minutes walk from Sao Bento station. There are alot of convenience stores and restaurants around that proximity. The apartment size is decent for a family of 4 and is the bed is comfortable.

Cons: They should have inform us on how to get access to the apartment in advance. I need to call them directly to seek for guidance despite having drop them few messages via booking.com and email. Everything else is fine.

Pros: Large apartment very close to attractions. Cafe and mart next door. Very convenient

Pros: great location and clean apartment… pity that it took 2 days and 4 repeated requests for additional hangers (only 5 hangers in the 2 cupboards)… front desk was not particularly helpful or responsive.

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment

Pros: The 2 bedroom apartment at the top was incredible, with wonderful views of the city and river, and a spacious sitting room for our larger group to gather in. Beds very comfy, sofa beds very good 2nd beds (10/10 for sofa bed, 7/10 compared to real beds).

Cons: The foyer was spotlessly clean but seriously over perfumed. The 1 bedroom apartments had a slightly musty smell when we entered but once Reception came with the key to unlock the windows that disappeared.
