Good location near the city center

Pros: Good location, near the city center and metro station. The apartment is well equipped, and the checkin procedure was easy.

Cons: There were some noises from an apartment central heating system, I think. Also, early in the morning you could hear the neighbors' dog trotting and barking.

Clean and nice apartment close to the city centre

Pros: The property was clean. There were tea and coffee. Also they provide tablet for dishwasher machine and for washing machine. The balcony is nice and tiny. And also entrance area of the building is clean and looks great

Pros: Very nice, excellent decoration, had everything you need

Cons: The floor makes a lot of noise when you are walking, it wakes up the others

Estadia super agradável!

Pros: O apartamento é um simples deleite! Conforto e bom gosto, super funcional e agradável. Muita luz e uma varanda fantástica para quem gosta de estar um pouco ao ar livre! É uma estadia maravilhosa para duas pessoas.

Cons: Alguns barulhos durante a noite, mas é um prédio habitado e não é da responsabilidade de quem gere o imóvel. Só julgo importante mencionar pois para algumas pessoas pode ser incómodo.

Pros: Schöne Wohnung. Gute Lage mit Balkon, wegen der Ausrichtung zum Innenhof sehr ruhig.

Cons: Spülmaschine war bei Ankunft noch voll, teils mit unsauberem Geschirr. Angefordertes Geschirrtuch kam nicht. Sehr unpersönliche Abwicklung.

2살 아이와 함께 장기투숙 적합했습니다.

Pros: 장기투숙에 매우 적합해요. 엘레베이터, 에어컨, 세탁기, 식기세척기, 그 외 주방 식기류 등 완벽하게 갖춰져 있습니다. 저희는 2살 아이와 지냈는데 테라스도 있어서 채광도 좋고 부족함 없이 지냈습니다. 볼하오역까지 걸어서 10분거리, 동루이스 15분~20분 등 위치도 좋고 주거지 지역이라 시끄럽지 않아서 아이 재우기도 좋았습니다. 숙박 중에 온수기가 고장나서 더 머물지 못했지만, 대체숙소 제안, 환불 처리 등 매우 빠르게 대응해줘서 불편함 없었습니다. 친절하게 대응해주신 직원분께 감사하다고 전하고 싶습니다.
