Very good - on balance we would recommend.

Pros: Instructions to get keys and find property were clear. Modern, clean fit-out of room. Property was clean on arrival. Central location. Plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes in immediate vicinity.

Cons: Location was a bit noisy. Connecting door from bedroom to living room was off of its hinges and leaning against the wall. Lack of side lights in living room area - we had to move these from the bedroom.

Best location

Pros: The apartment is perfectly located in a lively neighborhood offering many restaurants and bars, while at the same time being a quiet place. It is close to the sights without being overly touristy. The apartment itself is very clean, spacious, and modern. The staff providing the keys for check-in was very responsive, helpful, and kind. But it should be noted that the keys have to be picked up in another neighborhood, which was fine for us as we could store our luggage at their office beforehand.

Cons: Overall Lighting: The apartment and especially the bedroom were fairly dark due to the design, and were missing some more light options apart from the few ceiling spotlights. Kitchen: The kitchen had basic equipment, and we had missed cutting knives. Electronic devices such as a coffee machine or a water kettle are provided, but no tabs or tea are provided. Bedroom: The bed mattress was quite hard.

Pros: the location was fantastic, close to all main restaurants and breakfast spots but also felt like an area where locals lived and not so touristy

Cons: there were some things overlooked, but nothing that wouldn't deter us from going back or recommending to friends and family

Great place in a great city

Pros: Well situated (approx 10 mins walk from Trindade station) and absolutely spotless. Easy collection of keys (despite arriving after the office closed) and great communication from Gustavo and team. Can also recommend the Flow restaurant downstairs but there’s lots of great places to eat/drink in the area.

Appartamento bellissimo ampio e nuovo

Pros: Ottima posizione molto centrale si arrivava bene a piedi in tutti i punti principali senza necessità di utilizzare i mezzi. Appartamento nuovo e dotato di tutto quanto necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Zona ricca di bar e ristoranti.

Cons: Solo il divano letto non l’abbiamo trovato molto comodo.

Comfortable apartment in a great location!

Pros: Wonderful renovated apartment in the historic centre. The location is in walking distance from Sao Bento station and close to all major sites. The apartment is new and stylish, and has everything one needs to cook a decent meal. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable option in Porto.

Cons: Nothing. A few coffee pods would have been a great addition.

Estadia incrível

Pros: O apartamento é incrível, perfeito para ir em família com bebê então, tem espaço para eles gastarem o resta da energia. A localização é perfeita, vários restaurantes ao entorno, bares, muito legal.

Cons: Faltou um elevador, a escadaria no dia a dia dá uma cansada. E não têm estacionamento, como as vias são todas pagas, tem que ficar de olho para nao levar multa.

Pobyt bardzo udany - apartament godny polecenia

Pros: Dobra lokalizacja - praktycznie w centrum miasta. Samoobsługa w zakresie zameldowania i wymeldowania. Apartament urządzony nowocześnie i dobrze wyposażony.

Cons: Apartament na wysokim piętrze - strome schody mogą być wyzwaniem dla osób z większym bagażem. Okna skierowane są na dziedziniec, na którym jest restauracja - gwar do późna (jak to w Porto ;).

Pros: La propreté, l’endroit en général. C’était très beau. Spacieux ! Il est encore plus beau en réalité qu’en photo ! Proche de toutes commodités

Cons: Rien ! C’était juste parfait !

Pros: L appartement est magnifique très spacieux et bien équipé. Il était confortable et vraiment bien situé a quelques centaines de mettre du métro.

Cons: Nous n'avions pas les clés au point de rendez vous et la nuit c est un peu bruyant avec le bar en dessous.
