Very Comfortable. Very Modern. Needs outside seating upgraded?
Pros: Our host directed us on keys and Accommodation layout, Great location. Central.
Cons: Better seating outside on terrace required. Seating and table are basic at best. More comfortable seating needed.

Great stay in a lovely apartment in a great location
Pros: The apartment is in as great and safe location surrounded by bars and restaurants and it's very central for walking to lots of landmarks. Facilities are exceptional and there was everything available including iron/board, washing machine, dishwasher ,hair drier etc. The apartment is very well laid out and the decor is of a high standard.
Cons: I still would give the apartment 10/10 but personally another mirror ( other than the bathroom) and next to a plug point would have been useful

A lovely week in Porto
Pros: Exceptionally clean and modern interior and very comfortable inside. Lots of storage and a safe environment and location in Porto. Close to Trinidad’s metro link to the airport. The bed was very comfortable and air conditioning was quiet and efficient. Kitchen was clean and easy to use. Great to have washing machine & dishwasher too. Nice large shower too. We would certainly stay again.
Cons: Some sounds of walking from the flat directly above the bedroom perhaps insulated floors are needed in that flat above or carpets to soften the sounds of other guests walking. The outside terrace which is large has great potential and I felt this wasn’t maximised as well as the high standards of the interior of the apartment perhaps some new comfortable terrace furniture and some plants would make this a lovely usable outside space.

Pros: The location is beyond perfect. The hosts are great. Facilities are good. Absolutely clean. No surprises at all. It does indeed look like the pictures here!
Cons: The sofa-bed could have been a bit more comfortable, that's all!

Great stay in Porto. Awesome apartment
Pros: Perfect location for a long term stay in Porto. High internet speed, the apartment has all you need, and the staff is very helpful in case if questions.

A perfect rental.
Pros: One of the best rentals I have ever been the location is more than perfect close to many restaurants and bars and it's in the centre. one of the best restaurants in town is located just downstairs in the same building(Flow) as well as a brunch place opposite the building(Nicolau). It's located in a beautiful old building but it's newly renovated, comfortable inside and very stylish. It has all the facilities you may need.

Malgré tout , excellent séjour, Joanna et Valentim sont supers, réactifs aux demandes.
Pros: Bel appartement, bien équipé. Beaucoup de goût pour la déco. Grande salle de bain. Il y a tout pour cuisiner, sel, poivre, sucre, épices. Très propre, les draps sentent bon, un plaisir de dormir.
Cons: Il est dommage que l'extérieur ne soit pas à la hauteur de l'intérieur. 2 Chaises et une table avec des lattes en bois qui gondolent, les verres tanguent. Pas de parasol , et dès 10 h on est en plein soleil. La terrasse donne sur la verrière et la salle ouverte plein ciel d'un restaurant au rez de chaussée. Beaucoup de bruit, musique forte et cela jusqu'à minuit tous les soirs.

Pros: L'ensemble de l'appartement et son équipement. Les explications de Valentin et sa disponibilité.
Cons: Pour nous, seniors, les marches ont été raides... Mais le toubib nous a conseillé de marcher ! Le stationnement est délicat mais on y arrive. Il y a une petite place à 100 mètres en remontant avec un gardien auto proclamé ( Joachim) qui surveille le passage du contractuel. Pour une journée complète : 12 euros en payant officiellement, mais en liquide, dans la librairie juste à côté qui vous enregistre dans l'ordinateur de la ville.
