Pros: Really nice apartment, recently renovated, very clean and taken care of. Well-equipped kitchen. Very modern way of locking and unlocking the front door. There was a nice shower gel and the shampoo in the bathroom. The communication with the property owner was very professional. The apartment was ready for check in two hours before. Good location very close to the metro station and not far from the shopping center and the supermarket.

Cons: At the beginning, it was not clear, which is the right apartment door. It is on the ground floor so you can hear the cars and people from the street. When you open the windows, you feel like you are right on the street. With open curtains, people passing the street see straight into the living room. The sleeping area is under the stairs in the back of the apartment. There is no window in the sleeping section, so if you want some fresh air, you have to let it in through the living room. The sleeping area is a couple of stairs down in a kind of basement so if you are a bit claustrophobic, it can be a problem. The kitchen is small but well equipped. There is not much space in the bathroom to put your things.

Pros: Very nice new apartment. Location is good, just next to a metro station.

Pros: Localização, dimensão da sala, cozinha equipada. Aquecimento. Facilidade no check-in/check-out

Cons: Cama é na zona da casa com tecto mais baixo, pode ser perigoso ao sair da cama sem atenção

Pros: Нам понравилось расположение квартиры. А также то что там находилось всё необходимое для жизни.

Pros: Très bien passé comme dans les photos et j’ai aimé la kitchenette

Pros: Ambiente bem organizado, limpo, e com utensílios de cozinha disponíveis.

Cons: O colchão já não está bom. O edredom extra que estava no armário, não estava limpo.

Pros: La comodidad que tenía para estar cerca de todo lo céntrico en oporto

Cons: Que cuesta aparcar un poco en esa zona

Pros: Cerca del centro histórico, la atención muy bien, el apartamento limpio y acogedor.

Cons: No me gusto que la insonorización es mala y se oyen pasar los coches por la noche y a la gente hablar, debería estar mejor insonorizado, y hay que airear el apartamento porque huele a cerrado y humedades

Pros: Apartamento bien situado. En veinte minutos a pie, estabas en el centro.

Cons: El aislamiento de las ventanas debería ser doble . Se oía demasiado el tráfico.

Ne pas oublier de régler la taxe de séjour avant d'arriver sinon c'est galère...

Pros: Appartement très bien, rien à redire. Très calme à l'intérieur fenêtre fermée.

Cons: J'ai été bloqué le premier soir pendant une heure devant la porte avant d'obtenir le code d'accès . Il y avait bien eu un message 1 jour avant me demandant de remplir en ligne tout un questionnaire et régler la taxe de séjour avant l'arrivée . ce que je n'avais pas fait croyant pouvoir la régler directement sur place à une personne en direct.... Et là les ennuis ont commencé devant une porte close, une personne au téléphone difficilement joignable , avec difficulté à communiquer dans la langue locale avec un bruit de circulation énorme. Et l'aide d'un voisin portugais m'a permis de remplir un questionnaire en ligne et coordonnées de carte bancaire pour régler la carte de séjour et là ensuite j'ai enfin reçu le code de la boîte à clé...
