Pros: The positive, courteous and helpful messages from Guestready are (for us) a welcome change, compared with some of the lukewarm and cool responses we have seen in the past. Clear instructions for arrival and leaving were given, and support offered during the, pretty much, unprecedented national Electricity failure. The apartment was well-equipped, and even had a good quality First Aid box in the bathroom, and fire extinguisher and fire blanket in the kitchen: Thankfully, we didn't need any of these safety items, but it was good to know they were there. The sun lounge to the rear of the apartment is a bonus, although it is obviously overlooked by neighbouring apartments. It is not too far from Trindade Metro interchange, which is a useful focal point for finding your way around Porto.

Super cozy and clean, a nice place to stay

Pros: It’s beautiful and cozy. The instructions were very clear. The property is very clean and has a lot of space. The area outside is a extra charm and super cool to stay and hang out.

Cons: It was doing a little bit hot inside the apartment but there was a ventilator there it was good enough. The bathroom is a little bit small on the shower part but it’s ok.

Spacious apartment in a fab location with good outdoor space

Pros: Excellent location - a short walk to all the main tourist attractions and some very good bars and restaurants. Between 10 and 15 minutes stroll down to the Ribeira which is gorgeous. We always got an Uber back home as they were so reasonable and the walk home would be uphill (4 Euros from The Ribeira to the apartment) We also loved the outside area - it was a nice place to laze in after sightseeing and before dinner. The apartment felt spacious and had everything you would need. Everything was spotless

Cons: The pillows were small and could have been more comfortable.

Pros: Very good location and facility, it was comfortable stay

Cons: The room key was tricky, I took 10 mins to open our room. I think specific information about opening the room is needed.

Nice stay

Pros: The position is great. I lived few doors next when I was living in Porto, and it was great to be back to the same road. I felt home. The room is clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and it's nice to have some external space with the equipped balcony to enjoy the nice weather.

Cons: The room was very warm due to the glass windows and the problem was that the shutters were broken and there was no way to cool the place down during the day. Luckily there was a fan, which saved me from melting :')

Pros: L emplacement du studio proche du centre. L appartement bien aménagé.

Cons: Volet de la cuisine ne ferme pas.

Cons: Le logement donne sur une grande rue, un peu bruyant fenêtre ouverte

Cons: Хотілось би більше поличок в шафі і додати вішалок.

Cons: Terrasse en vis-à-vis Problème d'eau chaude qui ont dû être résolu Pas très calme (mais comme un appartement en ville)

A hospedagem do apartamento e ótima e a localização me permitiu visitar vários lugares

Pros: Hospedagem ótima, limpeza ótima também, e o conforto e localização são ótima

Cons: Chuveiro da casa de banho, e a luz da casa de banho que não acendia direito
