Pros: The location of the apartment. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great hot water system. Easy access. Plenty of good appliances. Very helpful host. Useful assistance file within the apartment.

Pros: Beautiful little apartment with a great location. It was clean and had all the amenities and the host Susana was so responsive and helpful to all our queries. Would absolutely come back to stay!

Cons: I wasn't a huge fan of the bed, I found it too hard but then I am a very fussy sleeper and my two friends found the beds very comfortable. There was building work noise that started as early as 7am but that wasn't from the same building the apartment was in and couldn't be helped. There really wasn't much to not like!

An excellent holiday rental. A central location and perfect accommodation.

Pros: Picking up keys was a bit tricky for us as our daughter arrived a day before us and entry details were released to us as we were airborne. Host Susana went out of her way to email details to her so she could gain entry. We're very grateful.

Cons: Nothing.

Lovely little flat

Pros: Stayed here 7 nights and this was a lovely little apartment. Great value for the central location (I looked at a lot of options for our long stay, and this was a great choice). On the 4th floor but with lift available made moving suitcases easy. Communication from owner was friendly and thorough with great suggestions for things to do on our stay. Combination lock box to get the key meant late check in was easy.

Cons: For longer stays, it might be nice if more coffee pods are made available for the machine at the outset. Also bed was a bit firm for my liking, but I appreciate this is subjective.

Impecable

Pros: Espectacular la localización, a escasos minutos de todo lo que hay que ver y cerca de restaurantes y tiendas, pero en una calle poco “traficada” y a una altura que permite disfrutar de silencio por la noche (es un 4o piso). Es diciembre y ha llovido, pero la temperatura en el apartamento era perfecta y disponíamos de un deshumidificador, por si acaso. Ducha con muy buena presión y perfecta temperatura. Todo limpio, ordenado, bonito y funcional. No faltaba detalle: desde vino de bienvenida, hasta miel o mermelada para desayunar, juegos, libros… Anfitrión muy gentil y disponible todo el tiempo. Experiencia maravillosa, recomendable y para repetir sin dudarlo!

Cons: Quizás para estancias más largas, sería de agradecer servicio de lavadora, pero estuvimos 3 noches y no lo echamos en falta.

Pros: Fantastisk beliggenhed. Beliggende i hyggelig gade med flere gode restauranter. Rolig lejlighed på trods af den centrale beliggenhed. Skønt med elevator.

Cons: Der kunne godt være lidt flere tallerkner og glas

Safe and clean

Pros: Location. Everything is accesible walking distance; shopping , restaurants, historial sites, walk across the bridge to Gaia. Although it’s in the heart of downtown, we stayed on a Friday night and it wasn’t loud, just normal city sounds. Beds are clean and comfortable. Delicious welcome port wine set the right mood and tone for our short trip. Susana was readily available to answer any and all questions, greatly appreciated her promptness and willingness to accommodate. Self check in and key acquisition fast and easy. Traveled in a group of all women and felt very safe. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: Zero complaints

Cute, well situated

Pros: The apartment was well stocked and in a great area. Big enough for a family of four, with two small children. The sign in was easy and communication with the owners was very easy with fast responses. We enjoyed our stay!

Cons: The beds were hard for our preference and very little space for a crib. The parking around was horrendous. I spent 1.5 hours driving around to different parking lots and it was very expensive (not the places fault! Just FYI)
