Sehr gut mit Potential zu außergewöhnlich

Pros: Die Zentrale und doch ruhige Lage Gute Kommunikation

Cons: Keine Aufhängung für Brausekopf in der Dusche, zu wenig allgemeine Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad, keine Aufhängemöglichkeit im Flur für Jacken, etc Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, die für uns auch im Supermarkt nicht aufzutreiben waren. KEIN Geschirrspüler
