Great apartment, but bring your own towels

Pros: The apartment was amazing, very clean, well-organised, comfortable bed, nice living room area and spacious. The location was excellent. The metro station is just on the other side of the street,, where you can go to the city center in 5 minutes. There are multiple shops and restaurants nearby.

Cons: The number of towels provided was very low. We were there for 3 nights and were only provided with 1 set of towels per person. (1 big, 1 small) Very disappointed with the customer service, as when we requested extra towels, they told us that they only provide 1 set per stay and if we want to change them we have to pay 10.46€, which was absolutely unreasonable and total nonsense, considering it's one of the most basic things an apartment can offer.

Pros: Appartment is located 1 minute away by foot from an elevator that takes you to the subway. You can either ride one stop from this station or walk 10-15 minutes to reach Trindade station that has transfers to all the other subway lines including the one that goes to OPO airport. Sao Bento train station is 3 subway stops away from the appartment. Inside the apprtment there is a fully equiped kitchen, a washing machine, a dryer for your clothes, an iron and an iron board, a beach umbrella and an AC in each room.

Cons: Check-in is only at 16:00 which is pretty late. Bathroom does not have a ventilation, there is not enough light in a sink and mirror area, hair dryer is very weak and does not actually dry hair, and the tiled bathroom floor gets very slippery when wet. Everything else is actually really great.

Very good

Pros: Good location, very nice neighborhood, silent and safe. Apartment was very good, nice TV/WIFI and overall deco. Bed and noise insulation were good.

Cons: remember to do the full checkin and aying the city tax, before arriving (or you wont receive the access code), dont do like I did :)

Good accommodation for a short time stay

Pros: The house was obviously refurbished latelly. All managed by codes, very easy to check-in at any time. Apartment was clean and equipped for short time stays. Walking access to the city centre.

Cons: The windows would be more tighten against the traffic noise. The street has no heavy traffic, but at night, one motorbike is enough for waking up :-) More towels as well as kitchen towels for one week would be appreciated.

Pros: Self catering. Metro station close. Cafes and restaurants nere. A fado restaurant only few blocks away.

Cons: After shower the floor was wet, because the shower space was half open and floor elevated.

Appartamento moderno in zona strategica.

Pros: Struttura moderna è dotata di tutto. A 15-29 minuti a piedi dal centro ma con la metro attaccata in caso si scegliesse di prendere i mezzi. Check in comodo e staff che ha risposto in maniera tempestiva.

Pros: Lugar maravilhoso. Muito limpo e confortável!!! Ótima localização!!! Perto de metrô e do centro principal.

Cons: Um pouco de dificuldade de fazer o check-in, mas deu tudo certo. Se for de carro, saiba que não há estacionamento e a maioria dos lugares na rua são pagos.
