Liiiving in Porto - City Design Apartments

Pros: It's good location, really near city centre. Also near apartment super good local restaurant with really tasty food. We enjoyed our experience. Thank you.

In general -good location, comfortable appartment, easy accessible staff whenever you need anything

Pros: Good location, away from city and crowded street noise, yet close and with good connection (subway stop just across the street) to everything. The apartment was spacious , had everything you could need for even longer stay

Cons: Could be cleaner - there were lots of hear left around, the vacuum cleaner was dirty and almost did work except leaving terrible smell of dust/mold . Also, the elevator was not working very ofter (at least two times within our stay of 1 week)

Nice apartment for long staying

Pros: I would recommend this place. It’s like proper apartment with kitchen, kitchen stuff and AC, hair dryer. They provide toilet paper, shampoo, towels and also they changed it during our staying. Wi-Fi was really good (because me and my friend were working) and it was enough for job meetings, films and etc. location is ok, metro station is near. Or 15-20 min walks till city center.

Cons: Everything was fine

Pros: Clean, beautiful place, great location. Blackout curtains are great, so is air conditioning.

Cons: The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the springs dug into both of us and didn’t let us sleep at all. The kitchen didn’t have cutting board.

A spacious and well-equipped apartment with a lovely terrace.

Pros: I had a pleasant experience. The apartment is very spacious, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The terrace is a standout feature, providing a nice outdoor space to unwind. All the necessary amenities were provided, from kitchen appliances to toiletries, making it very convenient for a longer stay. The location is also quite good, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. I recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a roomy place with great facilities and a lovely terrace.

Cons: The only area that could use some improvement is the cleanliness. A bit more attention to detail in cleaning would make the experience even better.

Spotless, modern, value for money. and wonderful terrace.

Pros: We were aware it was slightly out of centre but is only 1 minute from a metro and 15 minutes walk at most from very busy areas. Apartment was big and modern with full length windows and a terrace/garden getting the sun most of the day. Lovely bathroom, big comfortable bed, has a fridge, washing machine etc. And was spotlessly clean Easy access with excellent communications about using keypad and had plenty cafes and mini markets within three mins walk. We will certainly return on our next visit to enchanting, lively, partying Porto.

Pros: Apartment is very comfortable, quite perfect for me, nicely designed (beautiful furniture from Kave Home). Just 2 mins walking you will find metro D station Faria Guimaraes (or elevator right on street) - it’s only 1-4 stations to the most central areas of Porto.

Cons: - It would be nice if they left at least one capsule for dishwasher/washing machine or some soap for cleaning your dishes (or clothes), because who would buy all of that just for few days.. - Even though metro is close, there isn’t any (specialty) coffee place nearby. That’s of course location rating, not much to do with the apartment :) That can be solved with buying Nespresso-compatible coffee. - The dishes inside the cupboard werent perfectly cleaned.
