Cozy Studio Apartment

Would definitely rebook this place if I were to come back to Porto!

Pros: Location was easily accessible, despite the on-going works outside. The host kept us updated throughout the process and graciously allowed us to check out a bit later, even though we asked for it last minute. The apartment itself was fully equipped, and even had a few old school games. Very nostalgic!

Cons: At one point, it was a little bit hot during the night. Was looking for a fan, but couldn't find one. Opening the window was, unfortunately, not possible. The works on the new metroline last day and night. The noise level during the night was minimum, though.

Pros: In general we liked everything, location was good next to the bus stops, market, shops and city center, but currently there is a construction of the metro in front of the building, our room was on the other side of the construction, so it was quiet.

Cons: There were no hooks for towels and clothes in the bathroom, it was not comfortable when you get out of the shower, but there was stand where you could put your things. And it was hard to open the closet between the bedroom and the common area.

Great stay, great location, wonderful apartment.

Pros: Will stay again. Loved the cosy, homely feel and it had a great location. Really enjoyed our stay and hte hosts were very attentitive and helpful. There were roadworks outside but they were not an issue like some of the reviews anticipated that they would be.

Pros: Nicely decorated, spacious and good location. Although there was construction outside we could hardly hear it. Don’t didn’t interfere with our stay.

Perfekt um Porto entspannt und im Szene Viertel zu besichtigen

Pros: Die Lage ist perfekt! Egal in welche Richtung man ist gefühlt ein paar Minuten nur von allem entfernt und doch ist es sehr ruhig. Es sind total viele schöne gute Restaurants und Bars vorhanden in der Umgebung. Die Wohnung hat ihren Charme und es wäre eine Unterkunft die ich immer wieder wählen würde!

Pros: Tutto bene, self checkin rapido, posizione comoda, casa pulita e come da foto. Cucina sufficientemente attrezzata.

Cons: Condominio un po' rumoroso e si sente tutto quello che succede per le scale e ai piani superiori, però i gestori lasciano a disposizione tappi per le orecchie monouso!

Pros: Appartement confortable bien situé proche de nombreux restaurants et activités

Cons: Manque un étendoir pour faire sécher les serviettes ou le linge

Super Innenstadtlage

Pros: Die Lage ist toll. Einfach vom Flughafen mit der Linie E bis Trindade fahren und dann noch ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe, so dass wir alles erlaufen konnten. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Zum Kochen ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Das Bett war bequem. Achtung: es ist lediglich ein Raum, der unterteilt ist in Schlaf-, Wohn- und Küchenbereich.. Die Größe ist gut für ein Innenstadtapartment. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, aber es ließ sich super lüften und heizte nicht sehr auf. Die Gastgeber sendeten im Vorfeld einen Link mit eigenen Tipps zu Porto, was sehr nett war.

Cons: Die Baustelle für die neue Metrolinie ist wirklich direkt vor dem Haus, d. h. der Park ist nicht nutzbar. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde zwischen 4.30 bis 23.00 Uhr werktags gearbeitet. Nicht am Wochenende und freitags auch nur bis nachmittags. Die Fenster halten den Lärm gut fern. Sehr Geräuschempfindliche sollten lieber eine andere Gegend wählen. Uns hat es nicht weiter beeinträchtigt. Einchecken funktionierte über einen Link. Achtung: das Bild war irreführend, da es erst das Eingabefeld im Hausinneren an der Wohnungstür zeigt (was bei uns mit der Zifferntaste irgendwie nicht geklappt hat, nur mit Onlinelink). Einfach das Handy vor das Gitter halten und den Onlinelink drücken. Wenn man erst mal drin ist, liegt ein Schlüsselsatz bereit. Das Kochgeschirr könnte komplett gewartet werden. Alle Griffe waren wackelig. Im Bad fehlen Haken für Handtücher. Wir haben vorübergehend den Haken vom Schrank genommen. Die TV Fernbedienung hatte eine leere Batterie. Die letzten Punkte sind alle leicht korrigierbar und dienen als Anregung für die Vermieter, weshalb unsere Gesamtbewertung gut ausfällt. Wir würden die Unterkunft dennoch empfehlen.

Pros: La limpieza, la ubicación, la luminosidad de la estancia.

Cons: El grifo del lavabo del baño estaba un poco flojo. Al caminar, el suelo sonaba.

Carino accogliente e posizione molto strategica

Pros: L’appartamento è delizioso accogliente e ben arredato la posizione è ottima vicino alla fermata degli autobus, è ad un parcheggio a pagamento. nonostante ci fossero i lavori per la costruzione della nuova linea rosa della metro con le finestre chiuse era molto silenzioso. I titolari molto disponibili e pronti a suggerire qualsiasi soluzione per posti da visitare e in cui andare a mangiare.
