Bom Jardim Apartments

Great choice for a city break in Porto.

Pros: Good location, two mins from the Metro, 10 mins walk to the centre, with the riverside easily reachable. Quiet enough, though initial impressions of the street aren’t promising. Supermarkets and other shops within 5 mins. Good facilities, perfect for self-catering. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Nothing of note.

Pros: The bathroom is clean, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, and everything you need for basic living. It's close to the metro.

Nice location and nice studio apartment

Pros: Nice location, just 2 minutes from Trindade metro station so really easy to get to and from and also close to markets and good shopping. Easy check in and check out. A clean and fresh spacious studio apartment, but in the one on ground floor with a terrace/balcony you can hear the metro trains below so if noices are an issue for you don't book that one. It's also a not-so-private location in that studio apartment if other people use the outdoor area in the back of the property.

Great location, lovely little room with great facilities & massive bed!

Pros: Great location, great facilities in the room. Bed extremely comfy & large.

Cons: Work ongoing next door did cause some noise, we were in a flat at the front of the property which can get a little noisy.

Pros: Very clean, modern facilities. Excellent key card handover meeting and clear instructions. Very handy to Trindade Station and the markets, with plenty of dining and shopping options close by. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Porto Perfection

Pros: The apartment was in a perfect location, well appointed.and spotlessly clean.

Cons: There is building work going on at the rear of the property but we were aware of this before we arrived and it did not impact our stay.

Lovely comfortable apartment in the city centre - but beware extra fees

Pros: Wonderful location, comfortable and clean flat, lovely balcony. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Cons: Not their fault, but due to construction the pool is closed, which was a shame and then there is construction noise, although this was not as bad as I had expected and we were told about this in advance. The one thing I would criticise is that it felt very much like profit was high on the list, because anything that fell out of their defined lines of service came with extra fees, which was not the case with another flat we stayed at the same week. For example, €5 a day fee for a cot, to our request to let us enter the property early we received the message that this would cost €25 extra, before checkout day, we received a message to say we could stay longer, but this would cost €50 extra (we had not asked to stay longer) and then a final message pushing their airport delivery service when there is a perfectly fine metro that takes you straight to the airport for a fraction of the price two minutes walk away.

Pros: Everything was very good. We liked the cosiness of the flat. It ia also so close to the centre.

Cons: Only the construction period nearby. It wasn't a big problem for us.

Great few days on Porto.

Pros: Modern and pretty well situated for getting around Porto

Cons: Construction noise. There was a smell from the floor drain in the bathroom. Street that the property is on is a bit down market looking. Should be better after construction works are completed.

Will stay here again.

Pros: Everything. We book two apartments for four people. They gave us the two apartments on the same floor. Was so convenient. So quiet.

Cons: Nothing.
