Brand New 4BR w/ 200yrs of history in Central Porto by LovelyStay

Pros: Very clean, super spacious with 4 double bed bedrooms and 4 compete bathroom. We were a group of 6 and it was perfect for us. Location is a 1 minute walk from the Ribeira quartier and you can even drive there. If I really need to find something not perfect, it can be a little noisy in the morning because of cars passing on the road downstairs, but we had a very comfortable and relaxing sleep.

Pros: It locates at the center of Porto. We can Go to different restaurants and the famous sites easily from this apartment. I lost my iPad in the room and friendly staffs find it for me. I am really grateful for their help.

Cons: The difference between the four rooms are quite large. Two rooms on the first floor are.very comfortable. But other two on the second floor are too small with very low ceilings.

Un appartement étonnant en plein centre de Porto

Pros: 4 chambres individuelles au centre de Porto avec deux salles de bains, une cuisine et une salle à manger. Pratique pour groupes. Les chambres du bas sont spacieuses. Literie de bonne qualité. SDB très propres.

Cons: Les chambres du haut sont sous pente ( bien que confortables). Manque de prise pour les lampes près du lit. Une porte coulissante ne fonctionnait pas. Comme dans tout appartement loué , il n’y a pas beaucoup de produit pour la vaisselle par exemple. Penser à prendre ce qu’il faut

Pros: Camere al primo livello ampie, quelle mansardate al piano superiore un po' piccole ma perfette per bambini/ragazzi. Letti molto confortevoli. Ottima la posizione per visitare a piedi la città. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina ma c'era tutto il necessario.

Cons: La casa è bella e viene voglia di viverla. La sola annotazione che faccio è che manca un living che sia godibile. C'è un tavolo, sedie, una tv a parete e una sola poltrona. Lo spazio è ridotto, manca un divano, una zona relax per stare insieme. Accanto alla piccola sala da pranzo c'è un bagno molto grande - purtroppo anche questo come gli altri senza bidet - di cui però non si sente la necessità, visto che entrambe le camere allo stesso livello sono dotate di bagno \

Bella struttura ma da migliorare

Pros: Posizione ottima per visitare la città. Struttura nuova e pulita, ma da migliorare con piccoli interventi.

Cons: Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 con un solo mazzo di chiavi.... Le camere al primo piano sono mansardate e con un solo bagno, il quarto si trova al piano terra. Inoltre avrebbero bisogno di appendiabiti e qualche appoggio in più per i vestiti, così come i bagni e l'ingresso perché non sapevamo dove appendere vestiti e cappotti. In cucina manca un microonde, qualche stoviglie in più e qualche mensola da appoggio. Le piastrelle del bagno grande, vicino il soggiorno, dopo la posa non erano state pulite bene perché ci siamo sporcate i vestiti di gesso. Con qualche piccola attenzione e pochi euro la struttura diventerebbe perfetta.

Locatie buna

Pros: Apartamentul este aproape de atractiile turistice, curat, raport calitate pret ok.

Cons: Lipsesc produsele de igiena ( sapun, gel de dus, sampon) dormitoarele si baia de sus mansardate si mici, bucataria sumar utilata

Pros: Tuvimos problema con el agua caliente y lo resolvieron rápidamente

It filled all our needs and much more. Super location!

Pros: Great location, accommodations were very well appointed. Only dislike was the lack of a/c which could have helped as we needed to keep the windows open and thus quite a bit of outside noise

Pros: Skvělé místo v centru Porta. Všude je to blízko. Pohodlné postele, čisto, pěkné koupelny, velká lednice.

Cons: Ramínka na šaty tu jsou, ale není je kam pověsit. To je však jen drobnost.
