Pros: Nice and comfortable apartment in the middle of Porto. Very good location, great for sightseeing. I can fully recommend it for an amazing stay in this beautiful city.

Great price for a clean apartment in the heart of Porto.
Pros: Fantastic location right in the heart of porto. Most of Porto's sights and attractions are within a short walking distance. Cafes, restaurants and shops are right next door if needed. Very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay, especially for the price.
Cons: Other than a lack of an iron, I can't complain.

Lovely stay for a solo traveller, plenty of room and great location!
Pros: A great apartment, very tastefully decorated and had everything I needed, including A/C and WiFi. Nice location 10 mins walk from São Bento and just a few mins walk from main shopping streets and restaurants. Also some small shops and restaurants on the street itself. Manuel was communicative via online messages and offered any help needed.
Cons: Nothing. The bed could do with a slightly larger sheet as it wouldn’t tuck in properly so whenever I moved it came untucked and slid around a bit. But not a major problem. Also just for people’s information, the outer door to the apartments has to be pushed quite hard to close it, and often people would slam it very loudly to close it, so I jumped out of my skin on a few occasions in the middle of the night! I’m not bothered by noises, but being in the first apartment it was quite a shock when it happened so loudly! Also getting into the outer door, one evening it wouldn’t open so I went to the restaurant next door for help, who phoned the owners. It turns out you just need to pull it slightly and then push it. So if that happens to you, just give it a quick pull before pushing.

Great little apartment in a great location
Pros: Really friendly team - we met Katarina and Balthazar who were lovely (and they also run a very nice cafe round the corner). Excellent central location with many restaurants and cafes nearby and waterfront less than 10 mins away. Nice bathroom with space for your toiletries. Kitchen clean and well equipped. Luggage storage available.
Cons: We used the sofa bed which isn’t really big enough for an adult No storage space for clothes (ok for us as we were only staying three nights so we used the coat hooks of which there are plenty).

Pros: The property is perfectly located, close to all attractions. The best part of our stay was definitely Florinda, who is lovely and super helpful! She gave us wonderful recommendations we would not have found otherwise. Would definitely stay here again!
Cons: Just flagging there are quite a few stairs to climb (but nothing Florinda can do about it, as it’s a historical build and a lift cannot be added)

We wanted to stay longer, really loved Porto and what it had to offer. We would stay here again with no hesitation!
Pros: Clean and modern. In a quiet street in old town. Florinda was amazing with recommendations especially restaurants.
Cons: Just stairs to climb but nothing that the host can do about it due to regulations. Doesn’t take away from the property as you only have to take your luggage up and down once.

Pros: The apartment was super close to everything, really in the middle of the city center. Our host Florinda was so nice and accommodating! The apartment has an AC which is a big plus. It's quite small but enough for 2 people and a week long trip. And Florinda also offers a transfer to the airport for 25€ if you're flight is very early, for example.
Cons: Check-in did work but was a bit of a pain as we had to wait quite sometime although meeting was arranged beforehand. We had to call several times

We were very happy with our stay.
Pros: The host Florinda was amazing. We were met with her energetic nature and a genuine smiling face. She gave us a lot of time explaining things to do in Porto and the various facilities around the property, including some wonderful restaurants.
Cons: The shower was pretty bad and could do with some repair. The room was on the sixth floor with no elevator.
