Host Wise - Peaceful Amazing Apartment - Ace Location

Nice cozy place.

Pros: A very nice cozy apartment that appears to be freshly remodeled. Brand new appliances, all the necessities and wooden floors. Meticulously clean.Good shower. A Metro station is a two minute walk, a supermarket less than five. Easy walk to the historic district, especially downhill. We had a room facing the backyard so it was very quiet. Good communication with hosts. Little tip for checking out: the host gives an option of either putting keys in a lockbox or leaving them on the table inside. If you choose the latter make sure the front door to the street is unlocked, so you don't have to knock the first floor neighbors door and ask to let you out 😄

Cons: The place itself is great. But a requirement to self- register and pay the city tax online could have been explained better. Software they use is a bit confusing, at least its English version, and it's not clear if the processing is completed or payment received. We ended up paying the city tax three times and being asked to do the registration again although we got a confirmation about it being completed from someone previously ( after we emailed and asked) . Got a refund promptly, but the communication in this area could have been improved .

Pros: Clair et spacieux, ce studio est équipé pour cuisiner. Proche des transports en commun et à proximité de commerces, on est à 10 min à pied du centre.

Pros: Todo es perfecto en el apartamento, es una gran elección para visitar Oporto. Además súper atentos!

Cons: Por ponerle una pega, eché en falta otra mesita al lado derecho con su correspondiente lamparilla ya que viajaba en pareja.

Affordable guest house with impeccable style

Pros: The location was close to a lot of restaurants, free walking tours and near the campanha station. The room was large with a kitchen, hallway, one bed and washroom. We were also welcomed to a wine and water along with oil and sugar. TV had many English channels

Cons: A message was sent to me by what appears to be a scammer from the hosts. It caused a lot of stress and I hope this property works on their opsec and internet security.

Endroit à recommander sans hésitation.

Pros: La proximité avec une station de métro (200 m). La propreté du logement. La tranquilité des lieux. La disponibilité des équipements sur place (ustensiles de cuisine, séchoir à cheveux, les équipements étaient tous fonctionnels, chose rare, il y avait une trousse de premiers soins dans la salle de bain). Chose non négligeable: une pâtisserie à moins de 25 m. Il y a aussi une épicerie, une fruiterie.

Quero retornar em breve!

Pros: Tudo muito bem organizado e limpo. Ótima localização, próximo ao metro, padarias e supermercados (Continente e Pingo Doce), café (Confeitaria Abreu) e restaurante (Restaurante O Bem Amar) ao lado da acomodação. Para quem gosta de caminhar é possível ir a pé a várias atrações turísticas.

Cons: Acesso via escada (um lance e meio).

Pros: Todo estaba limpio , bien ubicado y muy detallistas 🫶🏻

Cons: No fue sencillo encontrar el apto que correspondían a las llaves.

Séjour pluvieux mais l'appartement est un havre de paix

Pros: Emplacement pratique, proche du centre historique et des transports en commun. L'appartement est très propre dans un immeuble calme.

Cons: Il faut réparer les rideaux de la fenêtre pour gagner en intimité et indiquer le code Wifi sinon ne changez rien !
