Great communication, well-equipped and perfect location

Pros: Communication with the host was impeccable — quick, clear, and always helpful. The apartment was high-quality and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — convenient, easy to get around, and close to everything.

Excellent apartment in Porto

Pros: Great central location. Could walk to all sights, metro, and train station. The apartment was just like the photos. Kitchen was well equipped. Lovely Stay Porto hosts were very helpful and responded quickly. Would stay here again.

Overall I had a wonderful time here and I loved the location of the apartment. It was walking distance to the Sao Bento

Pros: This property is at a great location accessible to all major sites from here easily.

Cons: Only one thing that getting into the apartment was a little difficult for me as there was nobody present there physically and on phone nobody picked up the call. Finally I got WhatsApp message how to enter and the floor and apartment no was not clear to me as it was in Portuguese which I didn’t understand. Finally the staff on WhatsApp message clarified that to me. Though this wasn’t a major concern.

Pros: The location is incredible. We were able to see New Year's fireworks in ten steps from the building entrance. There are a lot of nice places to eat nearby. The apartment is modern and clean. It also has a convenient addition - a towel drier, which can be used to dry small clothes really quickly.

Pros: The location of the apartment is excellent - everything is at a walking distance. The apartment itself is well equipped and contains anything you might need for your stay. We felt very safe and would definitelly come back!

Cons: The towels cannot be changed, unless a 10 EUR fee is paid, which I personally think should be done regardless. Also, the WiFi connection could be better, as the internet does not work the same in all parts of the aparment.

Enjoyable stay, pleasant apartment, great location.

Pros: I managed to lock myself out of the apartment. The team were so helpful when I called them and made it so easy to get back inside.

Cons: Getting the keys out of the lockbox was a little difficult.

Great customer service helps make this a perfect stay

Pros: Comfortable, clean and cosy apartment, very well situated for strolling around the city and with an excellent restaurant (Brasao Aliados) just metres away. Excellent, prompt staff communication - much appreciated. Only cons would be that the coffee machine leaked when using it, the soap dispensers were empty, and the under sink waste bin had a broken lid. Minor issues all of them, because overall this was a 5* experience. Thank you for a great stay.

Great apartment in a great location!

Pros: Perfect location, central to everything and a metro station within a minutes walk. The apartment was even better than we expected. it had everything we needed and bed super comfy. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location in a prime area

Pros: The apartment is situated right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the nearby attractions and restaurants.

Pros: Property is spacious and clean and very central. Owner was very nice. You get everything you need and more in the apartment. Water pressure and temperature when showering is beyond exceptional. All the amenities you can think of are there. Owner allowed us to check in early even.

Cons: Some noise can be heard sometimes from the streets but this is expected in a central location. Lights in the property are fairly dim especially in the living room and the wall that separates the living room from the bedroom further adds to it being dark. Perhaps an extra bright lamp on the wall can be beneficial. Can also benefit from a smart TV instead of the current TV in order to watch Netflix or cast from cellphone.
