Good location
Pros: It was comfort at great location , sweet cozy apartment.
Cons: The procedure for check in and communication with the staff. They send you a document for every person which to fill up and for 4 persons in needs at least 15 minutes. After that they told you to come to their office to pay the city tax or to wire a money via bank. So you need to go by yourself to their office 15 minutes up hill to pay the city tax of 2€/person/day or to wire the money via bank and to pay the fee which is bigger then the amount for tax- there is no possibility to pay by card online. So they are sitting in their office communicating and you are losing half an hour of your time. Other stays tell you to photo the passport of every person staying and they do the documentation for city tax and if you are paying in cash they send a guy to collect the money. Pretty lousy procedure for people working for this apartment.

Pros: Apartamento excelente, muito bem localizado e exatamente igual as fotos
Cons: Poderiam colocar uma fechadura eletrônica, tivemos um pouco de dificuldade para retirar as chaves, além de quem ficávamos dependentes de quem estivesse com a chave. Só um sugestão mesmo.

Pros: La ubicación y las instalaciones . El apartamento está de lujo . Oporto es una ciudad muy bonita merece la pena
Cons: El primer tramo hasta el ascensor escaleras muy empinadas . Para nosotros no había problema pero alguien con movilidad reducida imposible acceder . Si duermes mal hay mucho ruido , es el precio que hay que pagar por estar en el centro. Para nosotros sin problema, la temperatura de Oporto por la noche nos permitió cerrar la ventana para dormir. Aparcar en Oporto es una locura, llevar atado el tema del aparcamiento , nosotros los 3 días pagando.

Pros: La déco, le parquet, l'agencement, la luminosité, la localisation
Cons: On entendait fort les pas dans le logement au-dessus. Pas d'éponge, pas de sacs poubelles supplémentaires.

Összességében véve (leszámítva az esti zajokat) megérte itt megszállni.
Pros: A szállás szuper helyen van, ahonnan gyalogosan is könnyedén elérhető a legtöbb látnivaló. Kényelmes és jól felszerelt, olyan, mint a képeken. Lehetőség volt arra is, hogy délután 3 óra előtt letegyük a csomagokat. Érkezéskor elküldenek minden fontos információt az apartmannal kapcsolatban, ehhez azonban fontos, hogy az ember rendelkezzen korlátlan internetkapcsolattal (én végül a szomszéd étteremben kértem segítséget, ahol nagyon kedvesek voltak.) Az ablakból is szép a kilátás.
Cons: A szállás ugyan szabályzatban rögzíti, hogy meghatározott (esti) időszakban nem szabad hangoskodni, ezt azonban az utazók egy része nem tartja be. Az utcai zajokat a jól záródó ablakok ugyan kiszűrik, de a fejünk fölött viszont, egy másik apartmanban sajnos több este is zajongtak (járkáltak, bútorokat húztak el stb.), ami miatt csak nehezen tudtunk elaludni. Ez az egyetlen hátránya a szállásnak, ami tulajdonképpen szerencse kérdése is egyben.

El lugar es ideal, tiene todo a mano y está muy bien acondicionado, sobretodo si la estancia es corta, más que suficient
Pros: La ubicación en específico Tiene una vista increíble
Cons: Me faltaron algunos cosas en la cocina, por ejemplo un sartén y si tuviera una estancia más alta, que funcione el horno. Quizás un microondas. Sobretodo a los amantes de preparar sus propias comidas.

Great location in Porto
Pros: The location is great. The facilities and size are very good. Well renovated apartment.
Cons: The location of the lift is annoying, because we had to carry the luggage up on some stairs to reach it. No enough pillows.

Pros: Logement agréable, confortable, propre et moderne. L'emplacement est parfait, tout est accessible à pied et nous n'avons eu aucun soucis pour nous garer le temps de charger ou décharger les valises.
Cons: Il manque un micro onde dans le logement, avec un bébé ça aurait été plus pratique pour faire chauffer les biberons et les repas
