Pros: The location and appartment is excellent... We enyojed our stay so much...

Pros: The apartment was lovely and clean. Well equipped. Good location very central although very noisy outside and at night so very hard to sleep. Windows weren't great as was like being outside really let in all the noise.

Cons: The fact it was so noisy outside. And windows let in most of the noise outside. I get street noise and part of the city but was very loud and also with the bottle bank very very loud at night and bins. I had to get ear plugs to try sleep but still could hear noise. Shower was not great hose kept falling off and had to be careful or else would drown the floor. I asked for fresh towels on day 3 but lady I messaged said need to give 24hours notice which I thought was very poor, still didn't receive towels the next day. Apart from that, apartment was lovely, well equipped, clean and very central apart from being so noisy outside.

Clean, comfortable apartment will mostly everything you need. Also great location

Pros: The apartment smelt clean and fresh when you walked in Everything was well put together just as the photos. Very comfortable. The neighborhood had great food options.

Cons: It could be a little noisy from the traffic outside, not a big deal for me. Would have been nice to have iron also :)

Pros: Very quiet in the room, despite being very central. Comfortable and clean. Black out blind Air conditioning My mum left her key in the door and went out for the day. This meant she was locked out of her room. Joana helped and the issue was resolved within a couple of hours, without us having to go back to the room.

Cons: The flush was a bit unreliable but managed to get it working again

Pros: This apartment is really close to the city center. There are lot's of restaurant around.

Fantastic location for access to the Trindade station and also to explore Porto.

Pros: Fantastic communication with the hosts. They kept us fully informed and allowed us to entrer the apartment early. Keys and key code were communicated to us and access was very easy.

Cons: Cushions on the bed were very poor, as highlighted in many previous comments, also the terrace area could do with a clean up and the walls painted.

Pros: Very clean , modern , well equipped apartment, in a very central area

Cons: The pillows on bed were very bad quality , and as we were there for six nights ,no change of towels or sheets

Great Location and Comfortable Stay

Pros: The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious enough and included a kitchen, which was very convenient for preparing simple meals. I appreciated the smooth check-in process—access codes for the room were sent shortly before arrival, making everything quick and easy. It was also possible to leave my luggage at an office just a short 5-minute walk away, which was very helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained.

Cons: The only downside was that the balcony faced the backyard, so the view wasn’t very nice.

Pros: Everything was great although the mattress was a little bit too hard for me.
