Pleasant Stay

Pros: Centrally located and just a few minutes’ walk from São Bento station, with restaurants and shops nearby, and within easy walking distance of the river. The three bathrooms made mornings much more convenient for a family group. The apartment was well equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and most dining essentials. All check-in and check-out processes were contactless, which was very convenient.

Cons: The apartment was generally clean, but it was not quite as perfect as shown in the photos. Some of the furniture was worn, and there was peeling wallpaper in the bedroom. Only the bare minimum essentials were provided, particularly for coffee pods, which felt insufficient for the length of the stay. The access code was not sent automatically, even half an hour before check-in, and we had to request it via message. Responses were rather slow, and it felt difficult to reach any staff during the stay if assistance was needed.

Pros: Really beautiful, superb location, 3 gorgeous bathrooms, comfy beds and sofa, quiet but minutes from the train station and a short walk to the port

Amazing.Clean Strategic location to places of interest

Pros: The apartment was very clean and spacious. Centrally located to all the sights downtown. Loved it. The owner was very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage earlier in the room although the apartment was being cleaned. Friendly staff. Would recommend anyone visiting Porto to stay here. Five stars.

Perfect location for city stay

Pros: So much space! Three bathrooms was perfect for small family. Well set up kitchen with washer/dryer. The property is located in an ideal position diagonally across from Sao Bento Station. We could walk everywhere and had great restaurants just below us.

Perfect spacious apartment in the heart of Porto

Pros: We loved everything about this property! It was perfectly located in the heart of the city but high enough up that you still get a quiet night of sleep. We loved that bedrooms were on different levels and there was a balcony with wonderful views over the city. It was clean and modern and also safe for our toddler.

A surprisingly nice weekend in an exciting city

Pros: Location - spacious - 3 bathrooms - well equipped kitchen - the organization behind the apartment makes sure taxes are paid properly, something to consider when traveling to busy locations

Pros: The location was great in the centre of Porto. We walked everywhere.

Cons: The room was not serviced in the week we stayed. There were extra towels but the floors could have been swept and coffee capsules etc replaced.
