Ireland 🇮🇪

Very nice 5 day stay in Porto and I hope to be back again in the near future!

Pros: Arrived late, so great to be able to get into the apartment without any late night hassle. Location was good, plenty of bars and restaurants and the metro was close by. Very easy to get into with the door code and key box outside the front door. Very clean and towels and toilet paper all as it should be. Decent kitchen facilities with utensils and washing up liquid. Bed was a futon bed but was actually comfortable and I got decent sleep.

Cons: A large mirror is lacking in the room. The balcony is small but at least there is one. I'd prefer a real bed instead of a futon bed. Not much to complain about really.

Good value for money but there are some issues.

Pros: Convenient location, newly restored historical building, pleasent decor, good communication with the management, easy access to the property, well equipped kitchen, electric towel rail in the bathroom and a nice new smart TV.

Cons: I read the reviews and thought, how bad could the folding bed be? Well, it turns out it is pretty terrible. It is not a piece of furniture suitable for a rental property. I didn't get a single good night's sleep while there. Please change the dishwashing sponge, the one provided was disgusting. Those things are so cheap they are practically free. There is no washing powder/liquid/capsule provided. Fine, I bought my own. But the smallest box was 20 capsules and I wasted time searching for a grocery shop. Cheaping out on guests like that leaves a bad impression.

Pros: No faltaba de nada. Menaje completo, electrodomésticos también, cama cómoda todo muy limpio y céntrico. Muy satisfechos

Très bon qualité-prix et très bien placé

Pros: L’appartement est très bien situé. Tout le nécessaire y est (vaisselle et ustensiles au complet, sèche-cheveux digne de ce nom). L’appartement est propre, fonctionnel et joliment décoré.

Cons: Comme mentionné dans les commentaires précédents, le matelas pourrait être bien meilleur. Pour un voyageur solo de gabarit moyen cela convient très bien pour plusieurs nuits (je suis plutôt exigeante sur la qualité d’un couchage). Pour dormir à 2, ou pour des corpulences plus importantes j’aurais un grand doute. La poignée extérieure de la porte n’est toujours pas revissée (mais elle ne sert effectivement pas à l’ouverture donc pas de panique ; juste comme beaucoup de ces logements gérés à des fins uniquement financières, le suivi reste lointain).

Pros: Un appartement très calme, propre et très bien situé non loin du métro.

Cons: Le matelas n’est pas très épais mais il reste confortable pour quelques nuits.
