Pros: Appartement très spacieux et joliment décoré, bien équipé dans l’ensemble. Literie très confortable, chambre avec volet. Douche très agréable (eau bien chaude et jet de douche puissant) malgré le fait que ce soit dans une baignoire. Globalement au calme mais la chambre est située juste à côté d’un coiffeur ouvert dès 8 h et on entend bien les conversations (Cela peut déranger ceux qui aiment se lever plus tard). Appartement bien localisé dans un quartier calme à 300 m du métro (15 min du centre ville environ) et d’un supermarché. Contact facile et très rapide avec la propriétaire par WhatsApp. Avons pu prendre possession de l’appartement en soirée sans problème (clé dans un coffre sécurisé).

Cons: Une bouilloire serait appréciable. Mais chauffer l’eau dans une casserole a fait l’affaire. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’extérieur vu la saison, mais la terrasse mériterait un peu de désherbage…

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce bel appartement avec une terrasse privée !

Pros: L’appartement est super proche du métro et des arrêts de bus donc il est très facile de se déplacer ! Appartement très confortable et Pedro assez réactif aux messages

Cons: La chambre n’est pas du tout isolée, ce qui est dommage car tous les matins nous sommes réveillés par le coiffeur à côté…

Ottima esperienza.

Pros: La posizione comoda per poter raggiungere il luogo di lavoro in 15 minuti scarsi a piedi; la vicinanza della fermata della metropolitana e di un supermercato ben fornito; ambienti spaziosi e una bella tv che però non ho usato perchè dovevo lavorare. In 22 minuti si raggiunge a piedi il centro commerciale Alameda e comunque ci sono anche molti autobus. Sopratutto, silenzio durante la notte.

Cons: Non sarebbe una cattiva idea mettere a disposizione un asciugacapelli!
