Calm place with friendly staff

Pros: I liked the place because it was calm and in a residential area. Little supermarkets were close, metro as well. The Toaster was broken and was replaced immediately.

Cons: The drain was smelly.

Pros: The apartment was in a very good location. It was clean and had everything you might need for a short stay. The pool area was good. The breakfast that was delivered every day was great and more than we were expecting.

Cons: Nothing really, I thought the towels were a little thin. But everything else was good..

Excellent stay

Pros: Pool. Everything was in excellent condition and immaculately clean.

Cons: Needed a shelf in the shower.

Good stay, great location

Pros: Great location, just a 5-minute walk to the metro and about 10 minutes to Porto’s city center. There’s a supermarket nearby and plenty of nice restaurants. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. A nice touch is that you don’t need a key; you can open all doors with a code. The host is friendly, personally welcomes you, and shares helpful tips about Porto.

Cons: The apartment is fairly noisy, so at night you can clearly hear people walking in the apartment above. Also, the pool is shared with quite a few other apartments (around eight, I think), so it can get a bit crowded.

Enjoyed it a lot lovely place in a lovely city

Great Porto stay!

Pros: Tarcisio was our host for our stay & George helped us check out. Tarcisio was very helpful and friendly. We had a few early mornings and he was able to have our breakfast delivered before we had to leave. The pool area was well kept and our patio was a great feature. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed and the coffee was free! There was a washer, a drying rack, and the washer pods were supplied to us. It was close to the meteo station, grocery store, and a great Portugese restaurant 'Barcarola'. Overall, very happy with out choice to stay here, the price was right, and would stay again! Thank you!

Cons: A couple of things that could be improved are the pillows and mattress. They are worn and the mattress is not very comfortable. A long mirror would also be helpful and fit on the wall beside the bathroom.

Awesome

Pros: Nice hosts, provided us a lot of info about Porto. Any kind of kitchen appliences you might need on a trip. Property description doesn't mention the iron, but it is there. The pool is clean and warm. Many places to eat around

Cons: Washing machine did turn on after several attempts - but it could be our mistake, we're not sure Noisy stairswell - but this is a typical problem in Portugal

Good experience

Pros: Good location, it was a bit of a walk to the city center, but if you don't like to walk there is public transportation nearby. Staff is super friendly and nice, it was very easy to communicate. During check-in, we received a lot of suggestions on what to see, where to go, and where to eat, very helpful! Accommodation was clean and prepared, and the code system was very easy and reliable.

Excellent place to stay and spend time in Porto

Pros: The property was well situated for getting into the centre of the city with a short walk to the frequent Metro. The young gentleman who greeted us on arrival was very helpful - especially the map of the centre with areas of interest highlighted.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike!
