Great apartment!

Pros: A great, clean, and modern apartment. It was very spacious and had basically everything we needed. Another big plus is the location – close to Lapa station, various restaurants, and within walking distance of the city center. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly:) highly recommended:)

Pros: The location was great, the apartment was clean, everything as promoted.

Cons: Just one keys for three people is not enough. Even for two. One of us had and accident and had to stay home a lot of time to rest. Having to walk all the way up and down with the injury to open the door for the others is not nice. Being locked in the apartment without the keys is also not good. So maybe you should really reconsider this one keys situation.

Pros: Нам всё понравилось, самое главное было чисто, без посторонних запахов. Есть все необходимое для проживания.

Cons: Квартира находится на верхнем этаже, к сожалению лифт не работал. Нам было тяжеловато подниматся.

I can recommend this place easily. It's a good value!

Pros: Communication with the host was really professional, quick, and friendly. Collecting and dropping the keys were contactless and easy. The apartment was very clean and exactly as in the pictures. Plenty of storage space in drawers, and a very nice view from the balcony! AC also works nicely, although it took some time to heat the space, but that's expected. The kitchen is well equipped, also plenty of towels. The smart TV and coffee machine were also a nice bonus! Location was perfect for me, it was less than 10minutes away from the Lapa metro station, which is convenient if you come from the Airport. There's a small grocery shop within 3 mins of walking.

Cons: Not much to add here, I can easily recommend this place. It's a good value. If I have to write something, I would mention that the elevator was not operational during my stay, but walking was not a trouble for me, and it's not the fault of the host. Also, maybe the shower could be modernized a little bit.
