Perfect location and cleanliness

Pros: Brilliant location. Small but very well maintained room, a bit lack of fresh air because the windows were small and looked on the wall of neighboring buildings. Nice breakfast . Good communication.

Cons: It’s all very impersonal - I emailed to say it was for my husband’s wedding anniversary surprise but there was no card or anything. We haven’t seen anyone there which again could be a good think

Excellent apartment and centrally located - and amazing staff

Pros: Extremely well laid out apartment, with an amazing view from the upstairs room. Very centrally located, clean and well kept. The owner/ manager was also amazing. We left behind a sentimental toy which she found and mailed to us. We were extremely grateful!

Cons: Getting up to the third floor with heavy suitcases was a challenge (no lift) but the view made it worth it!

Pros: Great facilities, well thought through and provided everything we needed for our stay. Excellent breakfast was provided that was perfect for taking on the train with us as we left. Would definitely use again.

Cons: Slight wobble on hand rail on the stairs.

Pros: Amazing position, right in the city center. Our room was very comfy and silent, with a great view over the city roofs. The breakfast was very nice and delivered directly to our room door. The kitchen corner of our room was very well equipped, much more than what we expected! It was a pity to only stay one night, it's perfect also for a longer stay.

Cons: Many stairs to get to the top and our room even had stairs inside. It was never a problem for us but important to point out. The kitchen misses some napkins, which are often useful, especially if you have breakfast inside.

Perfectly located right in the middle of Porto

Pros: Fantastic location right in the heart of Porto. The apartment is close to public transport and Metro. Very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Included breakfast delivery to your door is a bonus.

Pros: The host was very nice and got back to me ASAP. I had booked it quickly and had to WhatsApp as I hadn't received my codes. They got back really fast apologising. The location is amazing. It is within walking distance to everything. The place was spotless and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in away from home. It's all codes to get into main building and into your room which us handy. The fan in the ceiling provided enough cool air so the whole apartment was cool. There are loads of facilities in the room. Although I didn't use them, they would have been handy. Really enjoyed my staff. Just wish there was availability for my whole trip.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Well located, comfortable and the breakfast was an added surprise.

Pros: Terrific location right in the heart of downtown Porto. The breakfast was terrific.

Cons: I was on the top floor, so the climb was a bit tough.
