Superbe

Pros: Spacieux, confortable, moderne. Je recommande et reviendrai si j'ai la possibilité. Voyage avec un enfant de 16 mois, le lit parapluie rentre facilement dans la chambre.

Cons: Le bruit de la rue manque d'insonorisation

No geral, gostamos muito! Há coisas a melhorar no alojamento, mas foi agradável a mesma.

Pros: A localizaçao é muito boa, as divisoes tinham ar condicionado, tem uma varanda agradável.

Cons: Alguma da loiça nas gavetas e armários estava suja, não havia nenhum pano de cozinha, frigorífico cheio de gelo (pusemos gelado no congelador e ficou derretido), o ralo do duche provavelmente estava entupido e a água demorou imenso tempo a descer, quase que transbordou e inundou o wc, o prédio não tem escadas.

Estada molt bé, reserva horrible

Pros: L'apartament en general és comfortable i està ben ubicat. Per dues persones és ideal.

Cons: Tot el procés de reserva ha sigut un despropòsit. Després d'haver confirmat la reserva amb més de tres setmanes d'antel·lació, a dos dies de l'estada van cancel·lar-la. No vaig poder-la recuperar i la vaig haver de fer de nou, amb el perill de perdre-la. A més, tots els missatges automàtics es reben per duplicat, contenent molta informació que confón i són poc clars. Quan la reserva es confirma, et fan omplir un qüestionari de dades, les quals ja s'han donat anteriorment per booking. Si no omples el qüestionari (la web no funciona gaire bé) també et cancel·len la reserva.
