Lovely place to stay in great central location

Pros: Great location - literally a short walk to everything. Helpful and friendly host. Trendy apartment, with plenty of space. Would recommend. Especially loved the port on arrival and all the helpful hints on lots of great things to do in the fantastic city of Porto.

Cons: A few issues with condensation due to wet weather in kitchen area.

Fabulous 4 days in Porto

Pros: Location was excellent, a leisurely stroll took us right into the heart of the city. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The hosts were super helpful, providing lots of information and we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle Port on our arrival, which was really tasty. We had such a fabulous time in Porto and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Cons: The only thing I can say is that the bedrooms could do with a mirror on the wall, especially for the ladies! There is however, a large mirror on the landing that you can use.

Lovely apartment in the heart of the trendy and artsy neighbourhood of Porto

Pros: great location in the authentic and trendy area of Porto. The apartment is large with nice furniture and decoration and all the needed amenities and equipment.

Cons: the only issue we found is that both bedroom are facing the street and, although they have double glazed windows, you can stell hear the noise of any car passing by or people walking in the street. We also had some minor issues with cleaning (stained pillow case and bed sheet)

Excellent stay at Tripas-Coração

Pros: Our stay at Tripas-Coração was incredible. The apartment is very comfortable and cozy, with a beautifully thought-out decoration. The beds are really comfortable and allowed us to enjoy two restful nights. I was very surprised to find a bottle of sparkling wine and a note wishing me a happy birthday (my birthday was on October 9th). I hadn’t shared this information, so I found the gesture incredibly thoughtful and kind. The location of the apartment is excellent. We were able to walk to many places. I highly recommend it and hope to stay here again on my next visit to Porto. Thank you, Nia and Inês!

Cons: There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about our stay.

Pros: Light and airy place. Hosts were great, reasonable, fixed issued immediately and thoroughly when needed.

Cons: more storage in kitchen and bedrooms would be nice There is a lot of construction happening in Porto. A building two places down was doing a major renovation so there was noise in the mornings sometimes.

Light and spacious apartment near a lot of restaurants and attractions

Pros: The apartment was spacious and well-appointed. There was information provided on how to find the apartment, how to get in, what to do in the city, and how to use the fans! Our family really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Pros: Within walking distance of the historic city center. A large, spacious apartment with its own unique style.

Cons: Part of the apartment is actually a section of the stairwell enclosed by a glass structure. It’s an interesting and unusual design, but in practice, only glass separates you from the building's shared stairwell. We were lucky that no one was staying on the floor below during our visit — otherwise, we would have heard each other clearly. There’s no air conditioning. Fortunately, the weather was cool during our stay. The TV is old and not a smart TV, so there are no streaming apps available.

Pros: Nice and spacious appartment. Good and quick communication with very friendly hosts.

Cons: The street is a bit noisy but at night quiet.

Nice spacious apartment within easy reach of centre and good value for money.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and as photos. Although kitchen small it was well equipped. Pleasant walk of about 20 minutes into the centre along which was mainly pedestrianised. Many takeaways and cafes along this route within easy reach of apartment and a little supermarket.

Cons: Unfortunately there was a house being rebuilt in the block almost next door so a great deal of noise plus noise from road and on several nights from apartments below or beside us. The apartment had no central heating although electric heaters provided and, as visiting in December, it was cold on return from outings particularly the shower rooms.

Pros: Close to the center and just a walking distance. The place was more than enough for a family and with plenty of amenities.

Cons: Problems with the codes to enter. Looks like the codes was set at certain times to get in..
