Nice Belmonte Flat

Great location but need noisy

Pros: Excellent location and 5 minutes walk to the river side and many restaurants. Friendly host who answered all our questions. Good size kitchen, living room and bedroom. Beautifully street view at the street looking at river from the balcony. Easy self check in and out.

Cons: It's very noisy because it's at the corner of a turning point for cars and right next to a walking path to one of the tourist point. We needed ear plugs to sleep. Washroom has mildew smell due to lack of ventilation. Shower door doesn't block all the water so it could easily wet the floor. Floors where not vacuumed under the sofa and bed.

Pros: La ubicación, las vistas y el apartamento en si para tres personas es bastante amplio.

Cons: El acceso a la vivienda es un poco incómodo y estar al pie de calle es bastante ruidoso, el agua de la ducha no colaba bien. El resto todo en orden.

Pros: Apartamento muy limpio y con una ubicación excepcional. Comunicación fluida con el arrendatario,

Cons: Tiene algún detalle dentro del piso, pero para el precio que tiene esta muy muy bien.
