Perfect vacation

Cons: Narrow staircase to get to apartment. Only an issue if you have large suitcases.

Pros: The apartment was very large and comfortable with a nice shared living space. The balcony and large windows were a plus.

Cons: There was a very bad smell/stench in stairwell leading to the apartment--so bad that it clung to my clothes. I couldn't quite figure out where it was coming from. There was also an odor from the bathroom drain.

Apartamento muy bien montado y en una excelente ubicación

Pros: La ubicación y la comunicación con el sr. Joao. Se encuentra en un lugar muy cómodo para desde ahí recorrer los lugares más emblemáticos de Porto a pie. El parking que recomienda el casero, SABA CARDOSAS está bastante cerca del alojamiento y es cómodo. ¡OJO! Con el tema de las obras del metro el acceso natural al parking es imposible, hay que entrar por una calle en sentido contrario, permitido por la policía local, y hay también información en el mismo parking. A nosotros nos cogió esta incidencia al poco de llegar, cuando ni la policía local estaba enterada de la misma, y fue bastante complicado acceder. Ya una vez sabes el camino alternativo, es fácil.

Cons: La incidencia por las obras del metro con el parking, totalmente ajenas al apartamento donde nos alojamos. La escalera para subir al apartamento, en una segunda planta, es bastante estrecha su primer tramo y con bastante pendiente. Ojo si se lleva una maleta pesada y voluminosa.
