Smart and comfortable apartment in a great location - recommended!

Pros: This was such a lovely, well located, smart, and comfortable apartment! Close to bars and restaurants but not so close that there was noticeable noise at night, and even the traffic in the day wasn't very loud with the double glazing. The location is perfect for walking to the main sights and the river etc, and all was easy with access and felt safe (especially as a solo female traveller). The air con was a godsend and the flat was kitted out with everything you'd need, although I didn't cook there so don't know about oil / salt etc. I'd definitely recommend the apartment for a Porto visit!

Cons: Just two things - the first is that I hadn't received the entry code details right up to an hour before the check in time and so had to call and ask for these to be sent to me by text as for some reason I wasn't receiving them by email which I was assured had been sent. I received other comms by email so I don't know why this happened, maybe a tech issue, but I'd suggest that perhaps both email and a text is sent as standard at least a day before to avoid this last minuteness / any panic! It's important to add though that the Guest Ready staff were helpful and responsive. And second, I had to sweep the whole flat as this clearly hadn't been done with bits and hair etc everywhere on the floor! These two issues I'm sure are one-offs and were easily sorted so didn't detract from an excellent experience overall.

Maravilhoso

Pros: De tudo. O apartamento é lindo e espaçoso. A localização é perfeita com ônibus na porta e metro a poucos metros. Rua com movimento de pessoas, bares e restaurantes bem animados, mas as janelas e porta da varanda quando fechadas abafavam perfeitamente o som.
