Wonderful location - clean comfortable accommodation - would highly recommend!

Pros: The location was perfect. Close to everything but not very touristy. The apartment was very clean, comfortable,, spacious and had everything we needed. The building has 2 small lifts. We needed an extra bed for part of our 5-night stay - this was attended to without any fuss. Nice restaurants right outside the front door.

Cons: The oven hadn't been cleaned (not that we ended up using it). The front door was a quite stiff to open and close and the handle a bit loose.

Nice Apartment close to everything

Pros: The apartment was spacious & nice. Clean & in a good location. Walking distance to everything with a couple of restaurants beside & across the street if you didn't want to walk. There were two small balconies. We had some trouble with the blind & the host fixed it right away. Good communication. Lots of windows & light. Amenities were fine.

Cons: The apartment could use a painting but it wasn't bad.

Pros: Good location, plenty of restaurants/cafés/bars nearby and close to metro.

Cons: The apartment was nice inside, our first time in Porto. However apartment was advertised as having city views/balcony/soundproofed. No city views as apartment is at rear of building, Can see top of a cathedral. Balcony only suitable if need to smoke. Nothing to see. Building across under construction. Soundproofing yes……however construction site straight across the narrow lane. Very loud. Think we should have been made aware when we were booking. This was disappointing.

Pros: The apartment was excellent, as was the location. Daniel was a pleasure to deal with and everything was very straightforward.

Cons: Absolutely no complaints at all. 10/10

We enjoyed our stay as it was very quiet, never heard anybody else or traffic noise.

Pros: It was very quiet and spacious. Also close to the city centre and railway station.

Cons: Was lacking in kitchen equipment. Ie no oven gloves so difficult to use the oven. No drying cloth for the dishes and no bowl for mixing anything in. No instructions for hob which couldn’t get to use at first as one of two pans didn’t work on induction hob so couldn’t warm anything up on the hob until we tried the larger pan which did work. Also door into the apartment was difficult to push open. All small things but just took the edge off a lovely property.

Relaxed stay and central

Pros: Very centrally located, walking distance to most attractions. Lots of nice brunch and dinner spots really close by. Had good A/C and a lovely little balcony. Good size apartment. Small issue on arrival as sofa bed was not made up and there was three people staying but immediately the management team rectified the situation.

Cons: No complaints

Pros: We were looking for a place to park and asked through the contact person they give you at the email. He was really kind, and told us to park at Silo Auto, a parking really close to the apartment (10 min) He saved us plenty of money with that suggestion. The closest one was around 3 times more expensive 😱 Anyway, the room was perfect, they even provide it with some coffee capsules and a bottle of water. Really nice play to stay 😊

Pros: Very comfortable in the city centre. We didn’t have a car so it was top knotch for us to move arround by foot and metro, which is 10 min away.

Cons: Everything fine, the host always responded when I texted him.

Convenient Location with a Nice Apartment

Pros: The location of the residence is very convenient for exploring Porto, and the apartment itself was nice and provided the basics for a short stay.

Epitome of home away from home. Very cozy and homey.

Pros: Everything! the place is on point. It is complete with utensils, coffee, sugar and soaps.

Cons: the laundry was a bit confusing. but Daniel taught us step by step how to operate.
