Pros: Excelente ubicación, se puede llegar andando a casi todos los sitios de referencia de la ciudad.

Cons: La limpieza, parece que recibes directamente del inquilino anterior, sin que previamente pasara el servicio de limpieza o el servicio de limpieza no se ha empleado a fondo
