Bolhão Apartment

Comfortable, clean and central stay in Bolhao

Pros: The owner met us on arrival, despite our very late arrival. Communication with the host was seamless throughout our stay. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, there is a lift and stairs. Apartment was spotlessly clean. We requested a cot for our son which was set up and the bed made. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom well equipped with a lovely shower, excellent shower pressure. Kitchen well equipped. Lounge area very comfy with plenty of space for our son to run around and play. Excellent central location, right beside Bolhao market. Easy walking distance to all the main sites. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in beautiful Porto.

Pros: Lovely apartment in the centre of the town. Unbelievably quiet at night.

Pros: Perfect location, at walking distance to all sights with a supermarket also at 3 minutes walking. Appartment was very nice and clean, and friendly host. She made the appartment available one hour earlier for check in even.

Close to everything: restaurants, city centre, parking.

Pros: The rooms were spacious, clean, nice beds, balcony. The host was great and patient because we had a late check in. Good restaurants nearby.

Pros: Perfect location, great facilities, air conditioning in all rooms. Definitely enjoyed staying!

Beautiful home away from home

Pros: Excellent central location, everything as described and pictured. Lots of great food options nearby including supermarkets, and great transport links - though we walked almost everywhere as Porto is a small city. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the extra blankets as I like to be extra cosy, the curtains which block out light very well, lots of lamps for cosy lighting, comfortable couch and bed. Ana is a great host with great communication.

Cons: The location can be lively and a little noisy in the evenings (that's not the fault of the apartment or the host - that's just the location!) It usually died down by 1am at the latest so we still got decent sleep. If you are sensitive to noise or need to sleep early I wouldn't recommend, otherwise I have no hesitation :)

The apartment is in a great location for exploring Porto.

Pros: Ana is great, good communication & there to meet us at the property which was lovely. Gave us lots of information on places to eat & where to go. Excellent central location close to bakery, restaurants, market, shops & the sites we wanted to visit all within walking distance. We had a lovely few days exploring the wonderful city of Porto & were very comfortable at the apartment.

Cons: Some noise from end of street.

Pros: The location, the cleaness, The availability of the host.

Cons: Old flat and thin walls.

A most enjoyable few days

Pros: Ana was extremely helpful and organised our shuttle service, she was quick to respond to any queries. The apartment was spotless. The Bolhão market is just a block away.

Pros: Location was great and host was very responsive answering quick to all messages. She was willing to help you with everything and gives great advice about places to visit ! Will come back
