Cons: The apartment is very nice. Very convenient location. It has its own small yard. But we were charged an extra 29€ for cleaning. We were given a list of what we would have to do to get our money back. I do not recommend if you do not want to clean the floors, shower and toilet, remove bed linen and vacuum before leaving.

Overall, a well-located and comfortable stay, but with a few small inconveniences to be aware of.

Pros: A lovely little studio with everything you need — comfy bed, blackout blinds, and nice toiletries. The apartment felt very well equipped and we really appreciated the warm welcome from the super friendly staff, along with the great communication before our stay. Location is convenient too, just a 15-minute walk into Porto city centre.

Cons: On the downside, the building’s lift is painfully slow, the shower leaks, and there were extra charges for cleaning (cash on arrival) and parking that we hadn’t expected.

Great stay in Porto

Pros: Great space, good location, clean. There was also a lot of storage which was practical. Nice little terasse which we wished we would have taken more advantage of but it was raining on/off while we were there.

Cons: It was a bit smaller than we expected and since we were travelling with our 1 year old, they supplied a crib but unfortunately it did not fit in the bedroom... so we had to keep it in the living which was not ideal but manageable.

Overall was a nice stay, I recommend this place.

Pros: The property had a nice terrace with a lovely view. It was close enough to the historical center. Had supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries and coffee places nearby. Is a Metro station nearby. The host was nice and made nice recommendations, and told us how to get to the touristic places when we made the check-in. Also she was very responsive. The place was clean and had all the amenities for a short stay.

Cons: The fridge makes a weird noise all the time. Very close to the apartment is a bar, and can be quite noisy at night. Also is a cleaning fee (which yes is written in the info, and yes most of us we don’t read it :))), but it would be nice to be included in the price of the stay. Is 29€ no matter if you stay for a week or for less.

Lovely Studio and Staff

Pros: Maya, was amazing and allowed us into the property early. Room, Bathroom and outside space were all lovely. Very convenient for transport links and a 20 minute walk into central Porto

Cons: The cost of the cleaning made this apartment quite expensive. We left it very clean so not sure what the person who got his money back did?

Pros: Clean and fresh feel, toiletries in the property with all the cleaning goods required. Lovely and quiet apartment to the rear of the building, even though we were on a busy main road. Hosts were lovely and kept us updated prior to arriving and during our stay. Close to a supermarket a 5 min walk away. A couple of bars and cafes within walking distance too.

Cons: No towel rails and lack of shelves. Wifi didn’t work majority of the time - bed slats kept giving way, a handy man come to fix the bed but not at our request.

Pros: Highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, and it was a bonus to receive a refund for the cleaning after our stay. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future

Pros: The location was fantastic - close to the metro and buses as well as a supermarket.

Cons: The hostess asked for an additional fee of 29 euros for cleaning, which was not included in the price offered. We were surprised by this extra cost.
