Exceptional value and friendly staff.

Pros: Exceptional value for budget travellers. Continental breakfast was perfect for a quick start to the day. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Slow water leak in bathroom caused clothes on the floor to get wet. Toilet did not flush properly.

if I go back to Porto, I will certainly go back to the Borsalino Hotel.

Pros: breakfast was great, lovely room with a balcony, welcome wine, staff was wonderful and the hotel is a beautiful house.

Cons: All rooms are upstairs, so not so accessible for elderly and family with small children

Excellent customer service. Room very clean and comfortable.

Pros: Location is good. Close to subway (metro) station 5min. 3 min to Supermarket. Menagment is perfect. Very good attitude and helpful - ordered city taxi from hotel to bus station, and when I was late, came from sightseeing city of Porto not on time, taxi already went, hotel manager ordered another one, immediately came in 5 min, and no any questions. Everything was for customer - explanation of routes to reach interesting sites of city. Manager was very polite, helpful and with good manners.

Cons: Breakfast could be better, but for this price not bad.

Very good for this cost

Pros: Very good hotel for this money. Clean, comfortable with good location. We stayed in big room with terrace and cool view. Breakfast was fine, some snacks, coffee/tea/juice — ok for breakfast. Location very well, 5 min from yellow metro line.

Cons: Staff partially speaks English :) But we don’t had problems with communication.
