Pros: A localização é incrível. Próximo do centro e da Campanhã, fizemos tudo a pé. O atendimento ao cliente é muito rápido, quando tínhamos questões eram rapidamente respondidas, muito atenciosos. A sala para deixar a bagagem antes do check-in e depois do checo-out deu nos muito jeito. Os espaços comuns também eram muito confortáveis.

Pros: O ambiente é gostoso, aconchegante e confortável, gostei muito do espaço, tudo moderno.

Cons: Quando chegamos já tivemos problema com a maçaneta que quebrou, mais rapidamente entramos em contato e o problema foi resolvido, o que foi extremamente frustrante, foi que fomos assaltados. A rua da acomodação é perigosa e costumam roubar sempre. Tomem cuidado com dinheiro e pertences no carro
