Porto perfection
Pros: Location was brilliant, accomodation was comfortable the sofa bed was comfy, little kitchenette was well stocked and there was extra linen and towels under the bed. The beautiful large windows looking out on garden and shutters were fab
Cons: It was great. Just a note that there wasn't any place to hang coats or towels .. So some extra hooks here n there would be great.

Good space, interesting building, really great location
Pros: Fantastic location, yards away from a wide range of bars, restaurants, cafes and easy walking distance into cathedral, main shopping areas, galleries. Also near the 207 bus stop which took us to Serralves’ entrance. So different from a hotel, such an interesting use of the room.

Very nice especially during Sao Joao
Pros: Good and clean apartment near the city center. Very good befana's on the café on the corner of the parc near the apartment. We arrived on the day of the Sao Joao festivities, which was really nice! The whole Square around the apartment was lively. The next day we noticed the surrounding of the apartment was rather a back street than the hotspot it had been during the feast. Not really a problem and also not a bad neighbourhood.

Comfortable
Pros: The house was in a great location, within walking distance to many attractions in Porto. After getting off the train, we reached the house easily with just one bus ride in about 10 minutes. The host, Hugo, was very helpful and provided clear instructions for check-in and everything we needed to know. The hair dryer didn’t work at first, but they brought a new one within five minutes after we informed it. We stayed with two children, and the house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We were very satisfied with our stay.

We would definitely stay here again if we return to Porto.
Pros: Spacious, comfortable, big windows letting in lots of natural light. Really nice location and easy to walk into the centre.
Cons: Could have benefitted from a safe and a full length mirror. I would have felt more comfortable if there was a way to manually lock the door from the inside.

Great location
Pros: The apartment is a good size. It has a kitchen with cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster. A nice couch, eating area. The location is not far from the old area. Free parking is available a 30 min walk away. Air conditioner is quiet and shuts off when at temperature. You can pay the city tax in cash. Close to everything - places to visit, restaurants and supermarkets. I found a free carpark 2.1km north near R. Jeronimo Mendonça, called Parque. My tip would be to get a front room facing the park.
Cons: We were in a standard apartment (2nd floor rear) which looked out onto the back of other buildings, the outlook was awful. Windows open outwards, standard opening, not the tilt, so you couldn't leave them open. Parking to drop off your bags is a pain as there is nowhere to park unless you pay for the carpark a few doors away which is 50€/3 days.

Beautiful apartment, excellent value for money in a friendly neighbourly setting.
Pros: Our 2nd floor apartment opposite the park was divine. Beautiful views, gorgeous light and privacy helped make for a perfect stay. The location was perfect for our needs with key destinations within comfortable walking distance and fantastic food and a vibrant community on our doorstep.
Cons: I’d like to recommend an upgrade to the shower head. It lacked water pressure and as such was a little disappointing.

Pros: Spacious apartment. Clean. Helpful host when we had an issue.
Cons: It was hard having to walk up 2 flights of stairs with our luggage.
