Perfeito!

Pros: Achei perfeito. Localização, conforto (inclusive térmico), atendimento, utensílios, eletrodomésticos, móveis. Tudo excelente.

Cons: Faz falta ter mais ganchos e prateleias no banheiro

Un beau pied à terre au centre de Porto

Pros: Le studio est bien équipé et vaste, j’ai beaucoup aimé la décoration, les 3 portes fenêtres qui apportent de la luminosité et l’étroit balcon en enfilade. Il se situe au deuxième étage en plein centre-ville et dispose de double vitrage, il n’est donc pas bruyant. Tout est accessible à pied.

Cons: Je dirais que certains détails peuvent grandement améliorer le confort : un ménage plus pointilleux tout d’abord + la poignée de sdb ne tient pas, il n’y a pas de crochet pour les serviettes, pas de prises de chaque côté du lit, il faut s’agenouiller pour récupérer les couverts qui sont au fond du placard du bas.

Apartamento céntrico y acogedor.

Pros: Lo que más me gustó del apartamento fue la ubicación del mismo ya que se encontraba en pleno centro de la ciudad de Oporto, y el diseño del piso que era muy bonito.

Cons: Que el sumidero de la ducha estaba lleno de pelos de otras personas que habían pasado por el apartamento anteriormente, y que había zonas como en los muebles del baño que no se habían limpiado bien.
