It was really nice

Pros: The loction was good, breakfast wasn't much but it was good. staff really nice and helping

Cons: There was no option to see any netflix, prime or anything so we had to watch tv programs

Comfortable stay- home from home

Pros: Breakfast was good. Enough choice for vegetarians. Mix of hot and cold food and drinks. Parking facilities was a must for our stay. Roof terrace is good in warmer climates. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Easy to communicate with. Hotel was safe and clean. Away from centre-so a little quiet but 25 min walk to centre but I would stay here again. I liked the fact that I saw more of Porto this way.

Cons: I had asked for a standard double and had emailed after to ensure this was assigned but instead I got 2 twin beds put together. Not very romantic for a romantic get away! Soft Ambience music need in the lobby and breakfast area would.be nice. It would be nice to have a gym to give the hotel 5 stars.

Pros: The overall hotel was very good. Only i felt staff was not so welcoming.

Cons: I notice people who came after us, got the rooms way early than checkin time. We have to wait for 1.5hrs to ask for early checkin.
