A Wonderful Stay

Pros: I had a wonderful stay. The apartments are super cozy, spacious, clean, and beautifully styled. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided, which made my time there truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Tomas for the warm welcome and to the entire team for their care and constant support throughout my stay. I truly appreciated how attentive and responsive they were. I would definitely recommend these apartments and will gladly return on my next visit to Porto!

The best apartment in Porto

Pros: The location, the apartment and the service was amazing, I recommend 100%, especially the service and the help of all the guys working for the apartment was absolutely the best service I ever had

Pros: The apartment was very modern,clean and our hosts,Alex,Teresa and Tomas were very helpful,with great communication throughout .It is in an ideal location to see everything in Porto.Near to the metro,bars,cafes and restaurants all around.I would highly recommend and if I am ever in Porto again,I would definitely stay in the apartment again.Tomas was very welcoming on our arrival.

Pros: The apartment was really well done. Well sized, modern, extensive and positive lighting and very clean. Everything worked as intended and the apartment felt safe and was within ten minutes walk of any place of interest in Porto. What was most impressive was the responsiveness of the host (Tomas). If I had any questions they responded immediately at any time of day. We were also fortunate that on the day of the arrival we were given flexibility on the check in to reflect our earlier flight. I would not hesitate to return to these apartments, and I would recommend to any of my friends/family.

Cons: Minor details, perhaps some basic resources for cooking, some more wine glasses and/or better drainage for the shower room. Also, the elevator was not working on the final day.a

Pros: Very responsive hosts. It's a really nice place to stay and that is too close to all the main attractions.

Pros: The apartment is brand new and very well maintained, with modern furniture and a fresh, clean feel. The staff were fantastic, and the check-in instructions from Thomas and Teresa were very clear and helpful. The location is excellent — close to the city center, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets, and just a short walk from Trindade metro station. The apartment has a lift, a comfortable living area with a sofa, a big TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and basic cutlery, and the welcome bottle of wine and cookies were a nice touch. The bedroom is practical and comfortable, with sockets next to the bed, plenty of power outlets throughout the apartment, a big wardrobe, and an attached bathroom. The sliding doors separating the bedroom, bathroom, and living area add convenience and privacy.

Cons: The bed is a bit small, and the Wi-Fi was slow and occasionally disconnected — it wasn’t working on arrival and had to be restarted manually. There is no washing machine. The biggest issue, however, is the bathroom design: the shower door is very small, causing water to spill into the toilet area. There should really be a proper partition or curtain separating the shower and toilet, as this was quite inconvenient.

Pros: The apartment is perfectly located and it is clean. Good communication with the host. Alex, who met us for check in, was friendly and helped us. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed. Everything was excellent.

Good location, metro is nearby. The airport is easily accessible.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is in a great location and in excellent, like-new condition. Our host provided clear instructions and was very helpful with check-in. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and they even brought us an iron and ironing board upon request. Everything was perfect — highly recommend!

Cons: Just a small recommendation for improvement. The shower area has a very small glass partition, so water easily splashes onto the bathroom floor
