Pros: Great location Comfortable and clean Friendly and helpful staff

Cons: A little noise from the street but not much

I am really happy that I chose this place!

Pros: I recommend this place 110%! Everything was super clean, very friendly staff, great and delicious breakfast, location - walking distance from riverside, center, many nice cafes nearby. They have a very cosy backyard with hammocks and bar. They even played nice background music during breakfast. Superhappy that we stayed here.

Pros: Good location, well equipped room with all the necessities for a short break. Really helpful staff that will help with printing boarding passes, laundry etc.

Cons: Underneath the main dining hall of the hostel above so quite noisy in a morning with chairs being dragged about.

Loved my stay. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Pros: Everything you need in one room! Private and comfortable. Comfortable bedding. Great value for money. Helpful and friendly staff.

Cons: “Quiet hours” between 23:00 and 8:00 aren’t monitored, therefore late night conversations, music and cafe chairs being moved around can be heard clearly late into the night/early hours in the morning.

Awesome, well managed place to stay at, but keep in mind that you are living there with others ;)

Pros: Really loved how sweetheart the whole staff was, they were really keen on supporting everyone’s stay and providing a pleasant experience. They common area and the garden area are really cool, clean and nice. Breakfast was great and the while complex is well equipped and straightforward.

Cons: I stayed in the studio below the common area - it was a bit uneasy to keep is dry, and get some fresh air in. I thought that the streetnoise will make it noisy, but that was not bothering at all (for me), rather the fact that all nights the younger guys/girls kept partying above me in the common area :)) As the common area closes at 12, they usually ended around that time, but it would have been nice if I did not have to ask them after 11 to keep it down :)

Pros: - Close to public transport and metro. - Groceries just opposite the hotel.

Cons: - Bus connections that sometimes do not follow the timetable. They left the bus stop a few minutes earlier or arrived at the stop later. And sometimes they didn't make it at all. But there was never a problem with Metro. - Not all stores accept cards. Some don't take at all, and some only Portuguese. But most of the time there was no problem.

Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable bed , good value for money.

Pros: The staff was nice and friendly. There was a nice garden with hammocks.

Firmeza - um local para ficar

Pros: Gostei da localização,. Staff muito simpático e prestável, sempre à disposição para esclarecer qualquer dúvida e dar sugestões. Um local simpático, com um bar no jardim, muito agradável

Cons: Sendo um estúdio, com todas as comodidades, não entendi, porque não pude ter uma visita para jantar comigo, o que seria apenas por horas, sendo que a pessoa ficaria à minha responsabilidade e iria embora. Posso entender parte da política do Alojamento, mas não concordo com esta regra.

Pros: Comodidade, limpeza e organização do ambiente. Quarto mais privativo um ponto positivo.

Cons: Faltou a calefação, o quarto é frio, e a porta de frente para rua, muito barulho de trânsito.
