Great place to stay
Pros: The location, away from the hustle and bustle of city centre. The elevator served us well. The apartment unit was small but tastefully decorated. Communication with the owner was good and instruction was clear.
Cons: The water in the shower tended to go hot and cold now and then. Would appreciate if more body wash, shampoo were provided, likewise for detergent for the washing machine. Minor issues, did not affect our overall experience.

good place to stay
Pros: very central, had a nice terrace that you can relax on. has a parking spot which is super handy.
Cons: the place itself was great, no issues there, but on the opposite side of the road in the building there's 2 dogs who were very cute but those owners left them on the terrace day and night and they barked alot. we complained to the animal rescue people but not sure if they did anything about it. :(

Pros: The flat had all we need for our 4 night stay. Communication with the host was good and the instructions clear on how to enter the building and flat. We also got some very good recommendations from the host on where to eat. From the flat we could walk everywhere we wanted to go, so excellent location. Can recommend!
Cons: Outside noises from the busses and big trucks, especially at night time

Pros: The location was very central and it was very useful to have a free parking spot in the building. The apartment was small, but had everything you need. The balcony was big though.
Cons: The apartment was small and provided most necessities, but no extras. Since it has a washing machine a drying stand would be useful.

Porto was amazing bcoz of the property in which we stayed

Central and comfortable stay in Porto
Pros: Really enjoyed our stay here. Host met us with keys and a tour of the apartment. Super friendly and helpful. There is a lift. We found many places we stayed in Portugal we had to carry our luggage up many stairs. Beautiful apartment with every amenity, modern and clean and loved the decor. The location was perfect very central and good value for money. Highly recommend was our favourite stay in Europe.

Excellent spot to explore the city and relax on the terrace in the evenings :)
Pros: The location of the apartment was very good an central. The apartment was on the top floor with a nice big terrace - so it is perfect to enjoy the sun without going into the city and sufficiently high up to feel quite private and quiet. Also all the hop-on-hop-off tour buses had the 1st stop right on the street below, so it was very comfortable. Close to all major tourist sites, plenty of good restaurants, bars around. Apartment was adequately clean. It has all the necessary kitchen stuff to cook and clean. Easy check-in & check out. Host was available via whatsapp if needed.
Cons: No major issues - comments below are nitpicking :) The apartment doors are quite thin and loose, if pushed on, you can see a tiny gap opening, so even though the apartment has a key-pad lock, it did not feel very secure. This also affects sound isolation, but during our stay we did not have any issues. Some of the furniture has some staining on it, and some places are a bit scuffed and scratched. Bathroom could use a little refresh/deep clean. As in most places in Porto, hot water supply is something you will have to manage. Drainage in the shower was very weak.

Pros: Clean modern apartment, great location, you can reach everything by foot; parking option was very useful. We were warmly welcomed from Jose, he gave us all necessary information.
Cons: The street was a bit noisy at night
