Amazing central place with free private parking

Pros: First and foremost, the hosts were great, Pedro was there to meet us in person upon arrival and was very helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and everything worked well, including the air conditioning. Location was also great, right next to the city centre, a stone throw away from several bakeries, cafes, restaurants and departing point of tour operators; yet, the apartment was quiet. Parking was a dream, we had our own private parking spot in the building (which is definitely NOT a granted in central areas of most European cities).

Cons: I can't think of anything.

Pros: We loved this apartment. We appreciated Pedro's suggestions for activities and places to eat, and we tried a few. Pedro was very friendly, helped us with the parking, and responded quickly to messages.

Cons: The only drawback was the lack of a washing machine, but I made the booking knowing that this was the case.

Pros: Location was excellent Pedro was very helpful and very easy check in.

Stop by Porto on our way to Lisbon

Pros: Excellent location, well equipped, including a garage slot in the property steps away from Santa Catarina street and the Ribeira funicular. Supermarket and good restaurants nearby. Contact with Pedro very fast and efficient.

Cons: The property has an electrical issue that needs to be solved immediately. If the air conditioning is on and you turn on the microwave or the shower the system collapses and you get into the dark. Besides being inconvenient it is a safety issue which we haven’t been advised. No kitchen tissues or napkins are available what we missed during our stay. The anti-adherent frying pan is too small and the big one hasn’t the anti-adherent system. We’ve found the main entrance to the building opened sometimes what could be a potential safety issue. Cable TV’s on the bedrooms needs to be checked as connections is failing. If these details are fixed we could return to the property in the future as it is very convenient located.

Pros: The apartment was perfect. Close to the city center and near to all the places you have to go to Porto. Pedro, the owner of the apartment, is a very kind and helpful person. Porto is a beautiful city. I love it. Pedro thank you very much for everything! 😀

Exciting city but not easy move around as mobility decreases.

Pros: Location. The manager Pedro provided us with excellent information on the sites of Porto.

Cons: Limited hanging space for clothes

Pros: I recently stayed in this apartment in Porto and had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the process to get the keys was smooth and hassle-free. One of the standout perks was the free parking, which was a great convenience in such a central area.

Pros: Apartamento muy centrico a 10 min andando de las atracciones turísticas y con parking incluido en el precio. Se descansa muy bien ya que da a un patio interior y no escuchas ruidos de la calle. En lineas generales bastante limpio. Nos recibio Pedro un anfitrión muy amable y educado, le agradecemos mucho que nos dejara hacer el check-in antes de tiempo. Tambien nos recomendo sitios para ir a comer que fueron un acierto.

Cons: Tiene varias cosas a mejorar para que tu estancia sea perfecta. Aparato de aire acondicionado de 1 habitacion roto, tostadora y maquina de cafe recomiendo que la cambien, la puerta de la ducha no cierra y se sale todo el agua y el horno necesitaba una limpieza a fondo. Por lo demas todo perfecto. Aun asi lo recomiendo. Si vuelvo a Oporto repetimos seguro.
