Perfect apartment in a perfect place

Pros: Perfectly located within city centre but quiet area, all sightseeing’s and restaurants are easily accessible on foot. Apartment itself is super stylish, comfortable and well equipped!

Perfect Location and Spotless Stay

Pros: The place is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located near transportation and Porto’s top attractions. The main stop for the city sightseeing bus was just a 1-minute walk away, and even the night tour departed from there. There’s also a super amazing restaurant just around the corner with delicious homemade food at very affordable prices. An Uber from the airport was inexpensive, making the location truly perfect. Absolutely recommended!

Cons: I would suggest upgrading the sofa bed, as it felt a bit firm. Since I traveled with seniors, adding a support bar in the shower would also be very helpful to make elderly guests feel safer. That said, we truly loved the place; these are just small recommendations to make it even better.

Comfortable stay in Porto

Pros: This apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The in-person welcome and check in was a very nice touch as most places nowadays are all self-checkin. The location was great, a 5- 10 minute walk to anywhere. We found lovely restaurants and cafes not even 2 min walk away. Parking was underneath the building, and so convenient, just conform this when booking.

Cons: The bars outside can get noisy. We stayed in the apartment at the back of the building, and it was still a bit loud on the weekend night. Pack earplugs, and you'll be just fine.

Free parking in centre of Porto

Pros: Appartment is located in centre of the city and it has free garage parking which is terribly hard to find in Porto. It was clean and well equipped. Heating is with air conditioning.

Cons: We had a bit of miscommunication about the check-in. The key is in a lockbox and the front door of the building is locked by code, but we got that info only after check-in which was a bit uncomfortable considering it was raining. The appartmenet wasn't preparred for 4 people but for 2. The host quickly provided additional bedding and towls. Also, the boiller was off when we arrived so we couldn't shower first night.

Good location, well equipped

Pros: Good location, staff easy to contact, parking facilities made it very easy with a car, clean apartment and comfortable bedding. Well-equipped kitchen.

Excellent location, great potential, but needs some retouching

Pros: Great location, right in the city center. Excellent parking (a card is provided that allows you to use the adjacent underground city parking lot). Everything is basically good with the apartment, with the exception I describe in the negative part. Overall, we had a nice and satisfying stay (5 nights).

Cons: All the furniture and plumbing need a little repair, everything is quite worn (the dining table is wobbly and covered with a glass protector, under which you can see accumulated dirt, which creates a feeling of dirtiness; the taps leaks water (drips); the sofa bed is worn-out and uncomfortable to sleep on; there are signs of use on the corners of the walls; etc.). If all this fixed with a little renovation, the apartment would be great value (10/10) and I would like to stay there again if I come to Porto again.
