VIVA Stadium Residence Studios

Pros: The apartment was conzy and confortable. I loved the balcony. The bed was super confortable and the bed sheets. The bathroom had a full bathtub, so I could take a proper bath instead of a shower.

Cons: The pictures suggested a much bigger place, a studio with multiple rooms, and it was an hotel room only, not a studio. The instructions for entering from the garage to the elevator were missing, and it was quite hard to find the place. There was a machine noise at night (but not during the day) which made it hard to fall asleep.

Amazing location! Recommend it!

Pros: I stayed at this hotel for five days and liked it a lot. The room was very clean and well furnished. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the sofa next to the bed — it was stained.

Excellent place to stay when visiting Lisbon.

Pros: Secure parking and easy access to the Alameda Mall with plenty of shops, restaurants and cinema are valuable, especially when you have children and during rainy days. Location is almost perfect, as it is just 5 min walking from Metro station.

Cons: I do not know how warm the room could be during winter, as there is no central heating system.

Pros: Nice 2-floored apartment with a terrace with a view.

Cons: Noise from the traffic is heavier than I imagined. I was ok with that but for someone it could be very annoying. The stairs are dangerous for small children.

Pros: A localização é excelente. Ao lado do Estádio do Dragão e com o shopping praticamente na entrada.

Cons: Fiquei pouco tempo

Pros: Apartamento top para família com cama de casal e duas individuais para as crianças, cozinha equipada, excelente vista e terraço, junto ao Alameda Shopping e ao estádio do dragão.

Cons: Gostaria que a cama de casal tivesse televisão. Só há na sala.

Pros: Loved having the kitchen and the salt and pepper was nice to have. A few more small condiments would have been appreciated. But it still was great.

Cons: The shower did not drain. Very slow.

Pros: L 'emplacement était un peu bruillant dans un carrefour d'autoroute.

Cons: trop de bruit surtout fenêtre ouverte

Buena experiencia pero estado del alojamiento mejorable

Pros: La comodidad del parking, buen baño, cocina decentemente equipada, buen aire acondicionado, buenas terrazas y buena localización para ir a los sitios de interes (como lugares históricos de la ciudad y cerca de un centro comercial). Los dueños del alojamiento muy comunicativos.

Cons: Limpieza mejorable (suelo), se nota también que el piso está algo deteriorado, las camas un poco duras, la vitrocerámica calentaba un poco mal, el frigorífico un tanto pequeño. Pero en general nada excesivamente malo a destacar, excepto que al tener la carretera al lado mucho ruido exterior.
